Got a call about 1:00 clock no body respond I tried busy don't know how to complaint and fix these caller

Got a call but when I answered, nobody was there.

I called the number and got (all lines are busy) so I kept trying and the company is called TRG CUstomer Solutions. I selected the option that lets you take your number off of their list.

TD Canada trust marketing company for Monthly credit reports/updates to protect against ID defense for $20/mnth. Started asking for my info...don't think so.

Got 2 calls from this number in March 2013.  They never left a message.  Just wondering who's number it is but now after reading this thread I am sure not to pick up if I see the number again.

this number has been calling me none stop for the past two weeks!! i have never been able to pick up but they never leave a message. and i try to call back but cant. if it was td or bmo they would leave a message.

They keep calling and asking for my wife. I keep telling them she is not available. Finally I asked what it was about or if I could take a message and they wouldn't tell me anything and hung up on me. Glad my phone service has a block caller option as they have called several times a week for the past few months.

Same as some of the others,,, when I answer calls (after only 3 rings) no one there.

Really bothers me because it is my cell number

They're legit. But, if you listen to the options you can remove your phone number from their system.

I got a call from this number. Didn't answer and have no idea who it was. Some people here say it's about TD Canada credit card. That's possible because I have their credit card.

This number has called many times over the past several days.  I've picked up a few times and said HI, waited 2 seconds and hung up. They just called again and this time I decided to say HI and wait.  Several seconds passed before a lady with a VERY strong accent responded.  She went into her 'canned LONG BORING speech', claiming to be from TD and claiming they had a NEW service to offer me and that I could receive Credit info, BUT, it was going to cost me 20.00 a month.  After listening to this BORING canned speech for about 1 minute, I stopped her and told her I wasn't interested, wished her a nice day and hung up.  Then I googled the number.  So 'my' caller claimed she was from TD bank.  On Monday, I will call TD, give them this number and see if this number IS in their database an IF they are conducting these calls.

I answered, they said TD Visa...blah blah blah blah credit report free for first month, 19.99 thereafter.  They had my full name including my middle name, and address, and then asked for my birthday.  I said NO.  What I want to know is, why is TD selling them personal information, only my bank and gov't know my middle name.

I have exact same story.... The call me twice a day!!!!! It's frustrated!!!

I've had quite a few calls from 647-496-4196 on my cell phone.........I never answer and they never leave a message.......called the number myself and they say they are Ibex Global Solutions  and that you can press "1" to have your number removed from their list.    We'll see.......

Stay away from 647-496-4196. They are trying to compromise your finances.

been getting them calling almost daily for about a month now!!...and when I said daily I would say 4 to 5 times per day!. They also use another number: 647-496-4193

Calling me twice per day Monday-Friday even though I have said I'm not interested. Also I'm very skeptical this is actually TD Canada Trust.

6474964196 these people are for sure scammers. Trying to steal information for sure. Pretending to be from TD. TD bank please do something about these people. This phone number has information if they trace it.

keep calling the number back, eventually you will get through to an automated message that will allow you to remove your number from their call list, says may take up to 72 hours to complete, so we'll see.
