I am getting 5 calls a day from this number. I answered a few times and was told to hold. I found on the internet that this number  might be used by a collection agency "Intelligent Collection System, Inc."(www.icsystem.com) but I don't have any debts and they are using up my minutes.

The number calls several times a week, but no one is ever at the other end.

I'm tired of these people CONSTANTLY calling my home.  They never leave a message either.  I bet we get 15 calls a week from them.  I understand it is a collection agency, but we don't have outstanding debts with anyone so can't figure that one out.  They are quite annoying!

Same here..calls, hangs up. Calls, hangs up. Grr.

Never have talked to them but just keep calling several times a day.  The few times I have answered, it goes to an on hold music recording.

I AM GETTING UP TO 10 CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE A DAY AND I HAVE TOLD THEM TIME AFTER TIME I DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY WANT THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER! HALF OF THE CALLS I ANSWER FROM THEM THEY HANG UP AND THEY ARE VERY UN-POLITE PEOPLE!!!

I have the same problem as you all.  I got this phone number this winter and have been getting calls from them all the time.  I have occasionally talked to a person and told them I am not the person they are looking for, but they keep calling.  Usually, I get a please hold message and after several minutes of waiting, I am told no one is available to talk to me and they hang up......What the bleeep is going on?

They have been calling me for months for like 10 times a day and most of the time they hang up! They also never leave a voicemail message.

Have called the last 5 days without leaving a message.

this guys call me every day in the morning. Must be an automated call. My caller ID showed I.C Systems. I noticed if we are not at home, it will leave a message. If we are at home, the other end is a dead silence.

Same here.  I answer, they hang up.  I found out that if you pick up the phone and don't say anything, they will sometimes ask if someone is there.  I called them back several times and get extremely rude people.  I told them to take me off of their list and not call back again.  They still do.  P.S.  I owe no debt.

They've already called me twice today.

they call 100 times a day , any time of the friggin day. i can't take it anymore. i even got invoices from them in the mail!! they are a collection agency called IC systems but i dont owe the money that they are talking about. does anybody here think this is identity fraud or something?? how can i block them from calling me?

Some how some way they got my cell number, which is odd because I only give it to friends and family. Then, just like the rest, no one picks up if I do chance picking up the phone. They call several times and I'm near the point of filing a harrassment claim. From the looks of things, could be a class action suit. It's really very irritating.

i dont understand how they got my home # under my name and my cell # which is under my friends name. they call home and seconds later the cell. reallly weird cause we dont have anything outstanding.

Same problem as the rest. Get calls with no answer when you pick up. Call back and get put on hold indefinitely. Companies name is "Intelligent Collection System, Inc."(www.icsystem.com). Their Consumer Services number is 800-279-7951. Another number is 800-443-4123. Give them a call, I'm sure they will be happy to hear from you.

Same problem...They call while I'm at work several times a day. When I pick up, there's nobody there.

I have the same problems, just got the call a few seconds ago.  If anyone finds out who they are, please post.
