This number calls me about 8 times a day. I've been getting the calls for about 8 months now. I don't know if it's for me or my boyfriend (whose name the phone is under).

you can write them a cease and desist letter - put that in your search engine and a number of them will come up.  copy it, follow the instructions, and mail it return receipt.  also, get a notebook -- from now on, every single time they call you, write down the date, time and the person doing the calling (if you get that).  after that, say NOTHING.  do not give them your name.  inform them in a stern voice that they are violating the law and are being recorded.  "this will be reported."  believe it or not, if enough people would send this junk to the fcc, they would actually do something to stop it.  at the very least -- they could be hit with a big fine. hope this helps.  remember!  do not give them ANY information - no matter how hard they try.  they are nothing but hot air.  if you gave out your ss number (say to a doctor's office), they can hit your credit.  if not, they can't do anything to you but waste postage and fill landfills with the letters they send.  which brings me to another point.  you have no reason to give your ss number to a doctor these days.  your insurance number has been changed for the very purpose of NOT having it floating around doctors' offices for all to see.  they also ask for an emergency number -- someone that doesn't live with you!!  why on earth would you want to contact someone other than your spouse?  they want that number so that they can call them should you (or your insurance company -- more than likely charges denied due to overbilling by the doc)default on any part of their bill.  when you start dodging the calls, they will call the emergency number -- which could be embarrassing to say the least.  if a doctor 'requires' your ss number (i had one say she wouldn't treat you without it), make one up, or just copy the insurance number again.  then report them to the medial board of your state.  this is easier than you think.  most (if not all) have on line sites that you can quickly type in the info and send away.  i have them calling me -- i took my cat into a vet in petsmart (banfield clinic chain).  after waiting four hours for the vet to come to us, i walked out.  they billed me for $96.  now, they handed it over to this icc systems -- and they have tacked on an additional $47 for collection fees.  good luck getting that.  do not let them intimidate you - that is all it is -- indimidation!  good luck.

I get phone calls everyday from this number.  Don't know who it is.  It's always silent on the other end.  after reading  the blogs,  i guess it's some sorta collection agency.

I too have recieved several calls from them.  I recieve a minimum 2 calls per day.  I picked up once and got a message "retrieving information for (my full name)".  Then it hangs up.  I haven't answered it since.

been getting calls from this number for months now. when the call is picked a recorded message states they are looking for a woman who does not live here. the recording offers an option to press #3 if it is a wrong number. a few times, ive pressed the #3 and the recording says my number will be removed from their list. despite the recordings promise, i still get AT LEAST 4 calls a day at terribly early and late hours. i am about to write BBB.

I guess I'm not the only one getting these calls. I just don't answer it. They call me every once in a while.

Doesn't even go to voice mail... It just rings and rings.
I'm sure it's due to a dispute over Banfield Pet hospital who owes me money.

OMG!! 24/7 Phone calls from these people at all times of the day! Never a message left and never a person on the other end! Why call??

I get calls from these people all the time at any time of day too!! I have no debt, but I did just get a PetsMart discount card....From the looks of it, PetsMart got some splainin' to do!

They are a collection agency.

I told them I had corn in my feces and I wanted them to come over to my house and eat it out of my toilet.  They hung up on me.  I did this about 5 times, telling them the same thing every time they call, and they have now stopped calling me.

My daughter bought me the cell phone for Christmas and I no more than had the service turned on when I started getting calls from 651-204-1329. I've yet had a human voice on the other end.

I just had hang up call from number I didn't know.  Googled it and got this site telling me it has to do with that dang pet thing.  

Over a year ago I had someone calling me saying I left outstanding bill for "Buster".  They called constantly.  I spent a day or three tracking down their main office and told them I don't have a dog or a boyfriend named Michael with a dog.  They were skeptical.  I told them next time Buster came in to gas him...then they believed me.  Cut to now...I guess Buster's tush is in collections.

I get daily calls from this number in which they (or the computer) hangs up each time.  A message is never left.

This number calls 3 times a day and I do not have any debt and my name is on the do not call list. I have answered the call and they just hang up, also I have called back and then been put on hold. Once I left a message and told them to stop calling yet they have ceased and continue to call multiple times a day! Make this number stop!

I've been getting several calls a day from this number and I just don't bother to answer and they NEVER leave a message.  I have caller ID and if I don't know the number, I don't answer.  I figure if it's someone who knows me, they'll leave a message!!!

Get calls from this number asking for the owner of the household. When told they are not here (May be a lie) they simply hang up. Happens multiple times a day.

they call my cell phone 3 to 5 times a day and never leave a message. I have yet to answer the phone when they call. How do we stop this crap???

This is the first time that I know of them calling me, but ever since I got my phone in 2004 weird numbers have been calling me about a Carlos Garcia. I'm not even Mexican! PLUS I'm not from Minnesota, never even been there.
