This number keeps calling my cell phone.  I have a pre-paid phone for emergencies only.  Each portion of a minute costs $0.13.  So the times I picked up the phone to silence, or just to be hung up on is costing me money.  My cell phone number is not listed anywhere, and I have had it for almost 1 year.  The calls just started about 1 month ago and they are driving me crazy!  My number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, but that doesn't matter when the callers just keep hanging up or sit in silence.
Thank you for letting me vent my frustration.  I hope for all of us that the calls stop soon!

no message left.  calling repeatedly.."IC Systems" on caller ID

I have been getting daily calls at varying times for weeks now. No unpaid debts, no reason for them to be calling. I have reported the last 8 calls to www.donotcall.gov using their complaint form. I have also used the "contact us" form on the I.C. Systems website to tell them to stop calling. All to no avail.

I've filed a formal complaint about this number with the FCC as "abandoned" or "war dialing" calls. Doubt it will do any good but ...

Well, this number is also affiliated with (651) 204-1376, so they must be using different numbers.  They only called 1 time from this number today.

I'm getting the same thing, the whole hang ups and wait on the line then i get hung up on, i finally called them back for them to tell me they havent called me nor do they have my number but within a few minutes i get another call and several a day, grrrr im so mad about this what can be done about this?   jamie

I keep getting calls from 651-204-1329.  My problem is, if you call someone, you should be ready to talk not put them on hold until you have time.  This is a scam.  They appear to be one of those companies that buy up old already settled debts and then try to collect them again.  Going to report them to the Federal Trade Commission.

I just had a call from them as well.  I called the # right back and got directly to a person who informed me that I still owed some money from a previous Bellsouth bill.

One thing I have found out is never, never call anyone like these people using a cell phone. They will have trouble getting a cell number, but if you call on a cell phone they can legally capture that number and use it to call you. If you used your cell phone, get your number changed and never ever call a collection agency with your cell phone, or anyone else that might have the capacity to capture the number you called with.

Same stoies as are already listed. They call every day, no message, no correspondence through the mail. I never call them back - that way they really never know if they are calling the right party of not.

I keep getting a call from this number everyday since last week.  Can someone tell me what this call is about?   I make my number private and called back to hear who would pick up and it was a recording asking me to hold.

I just got my new cell phone and number in 2 days. I got a call from this number.

I am constantly called by these people, at least 3 x per day. Was told by someone that they indeed are a collection agency that buys up old debts. Unfortunatley for them the statute of limitation on these debts has expired, if it really is debt. They told me they were trying to collect a debt from 1993 allegedly from a bank in the state I live, which I know does not exist. Also in 1993 I was a senior in high school and had nothing to my name. I actually called the guy on the fact that there was no such bank, he got extremely rude and hung up. I guess he won't be making his $8.00 commission. The other thin is that they said I owed about $1700.00 but would clear the debt for a one-time payment of $184.00.

Yep!! i got the same thing and i kept calling them back and they would say that they do not know why they were calling me. I asked to speak to the manger and they said my number was some guy i work with so i gave them his number hopfully this would stop the calling. It has been going on for about 2 months.

I get calls from this number at least 5 times a week.  When they call it only rings once and they hang up.  I don't know who they are or why they continue to call my cell phone.

They call me too like 3 times everyday. The good thing is that my phone has an option to reject phone numbers and so I did it with them. This way it doesn't even ring and I just see the rejected call after they hang up. Sweet!

PS: I do owe lots of money but I can't pay it back...I'm broke.

These people are calling my business line day and night. They hang up on me when I answer and when I don't answer they never leave a message. I don't know what they're trying to accomplish but I am absolutely sick of the 5:00 am phone calls and the all day long interruptions.

Same as the rest--Phone rang and went to voicemail, no message was left.  No outstanding debts.

They call me several times a day over and over and over again. No messages are ever left...and when I called back to see who they were - they put me on hold and never got back on the phone.
