On the other hand, being retired I need to amuse myself in the winter.  So I pick up.  If I get a human my conversation goes something like this:
Caller starts to talk and I tell him he needs to speak to Jim, then loudly say into the phone, Honey, tell Jim there’s someone (if an Indian voice, some Pakistani) on the phone for him.  After a long pause either my GF or I say, I’m sorry.  Tom’s masturbating right now.  Can I take a message?
Surprising how many callers don’t by now realize they’re being jacked around.  If the caller responds I crank up my speakers and play a verse of David Alan Coe’s “Were you born and A—hole?”  Usually the caller hangs up after uttering some idle threat I can’t hear over the speakers.

Got the call early PST- 8 am.  Thanks for nothing!!  Left no message.  Call blocked them.

I wonder what the dunces at the "FCC Consumer Complaint Centers" do all day, since they have no interest in enforcing federal law.

This is a new one for me...'Red Wingman'...called at 12:07-pm......left no message...unfortunately I was not near my blow horn...otherwise...they get the siren!

Red Wing, MN Caller ID and 1-651-388-4121.....I didn't answer but answering machine did after 4 rings.  They didn't leave a message.

Caller ID "Red Wing MN" ... Feb 26 at 2:59pm Eastern time. This call was blocked after the first ring on my phone by a free service available to most Internet-based VoIP phone service users(I have Time Warner). Google "No more robocalls" to get more information.

Persistent multiple phone calls every day from this number!   Try to call the number and it's not in service.
