This has been an incredibly helpful site. We too received an incredibly large order for our goods cases via credit card. If we didn't google the name, we too would have fallen prey to these horrible people's scam!

    Thank goodness for the internet!

I am sure that the FBI is tracking these people and building a case with multiple counts of fraud to put them away for a long time.
They keep trying to order with us for the past 6 months. Now that we know who they are we are going to mess with them. We will tell them we are processing their order, give them a total and then tell them our credit card machine is down until next week and the only way to hold their order is a bank transfer of 25% of the total value. If they are greedy and stupid they might fall for this as we will tell them the balance will be charged to their card once our credit card machine is back and running. We will keep you all posted if they take our bait. Not sure why someone hasnt shipped them items with GPS to track where the packages end up and then nab them? We often mess with spammers in the same way.. Get them all wet and keep it going for as long as possible.

5 good job my suspicions were correct although a Mr Robert Chuan must work at the same place.. Anyone who sends credit card details by email for two cards just in case one declines sets off an alarm bell again just under £1000 worth of electronic goods..

sorry Mr Chuan you have been rumbled, im sorry but as a small business i will not ship any large orders to addresses other than that of the verified card address. especially ones that are paid for using dodgy card details.

Have also recieved a seriers of e-mails from Reven Kwie ordering a number of camera bags.
Went through the process, priced freight.
It was only that i was not certain of the syntax of the address that i googled it and found this site.

Would not have released anything until we had payment, but saved my the hassle.

Why would they use the same company name for so long?

    We are in New Zealand

    Hello everybody,
I got a request from the same company and after problems by sending e-mails to them, I decided to make a research on the Internet and found this blog.
Thank you for your posts!! This has avoided me a lot of troubles!!
Now, I know how to act in the future!!

Yes it would appear they are targeting New Zealand I received a email from Reven Kwie as well ordered $2000 of stock from us.

Exact same scenario as above. Checked address in google to make sure I had the address correct and Bam I find this thread. I must thank you guys above for starting this and keeping these SCAMMER's at bay. We got caught out earlier this year trying to buy stock from made-in-china.com lost thousands !!!! so I'm glad we managed to pick this up.

However how does the scam work ? If they use our Credit Card Gateway and process an order do they then reverse the transaction ?

    Would this work guys ?

    Setup a new bank account
Scammer place order via credit card
Credit Card Payment shows in bank account
remove payment from bank account and into cash
    close account
    Notify Customer of shipment
They then try to reverse from a dead account. Scam the scammer ?
    Donate money to charity ?

Bottomline stay away from every asian country apart from Korea and Japan.

    Cheers

    Thank god for this site.

We were in the middle of processing an order for £3600 and thought i would google the buyers company name and came across this site and all your stories. It may not have been the largest order in history but being only a small company it would have surely crippled us.

I have reported the card/fraud to the card holders issuer UK fraud unit (American Express) who is sending it onto the U.S counterparts.
I will also be emailing the singapore police shortley.

With all this in mind we are now changing how we process overseas transaction to all wire transfers regardless of the amount. We may even black list singapore to save the hassle?

What b@st@rds, surely with enugh complaints they would get shut down, but then again they would only start up again using differant names?? same as before with card holders address being differant from the delivery address,

Here are the emails received from singapore and also us.

    : Order question

    Hi,

I am interested to purchase some of your product.
Let me know if you accept credit card for the payment and can ship to Singapore?

Thank you and waiting for your reply

Same here. We received a order for over $4000, but since we accept only payments through paypal, they did not go further with paying it. This order was suspected and I started to do some research, finding this site.

What I am wondering is, why no one is stopping them.

I wish I had found this site before I got scammed but it still happens.  Here is the information they are using as of June and July:

    Robert Keeling
KS Starlight Airline Road #02-10A No.7
    C.A. Building E Centre
    Singapore City, SG - 918114
    Singapore

What I have found is that the Address in Singapore does not exist but there is a Shipping company at Airline Road #02-10A No.7 ( who signs for the shipments) FAF Transportation.  Then the group contacts FAF Transportation and has the items sent to Sampai (Cargo Company that organizes shipments to Indonesia).

I am not sure if anyone has tried to track their shipments but I would be interested in finding out if they are going to the same location.

Also, FYI our parent company in the US got sent a similar email for company in Australia.  I happen to live near here and no such company or office at this address:

    > Hello, My name is DAVE MORGAN the owner of NAVAL STORE PTL LTD,we want to

I received an email - subject: Order Request... There was no name, no #, no address asking if we accept credit cards and if we can ship to Singapore.  I simply answered yes we do and we can ship internationally.  No name replied with an order request for 30 units totaling over $17,000.  He wanted a quote and delivery cost as well.  Still with no name, # or address.  I asked for this information specifically and was given this phone # and address that has been mentioned several times on this post.  I was very suspicious so I entered the phone # in google and here i ended up.  When i replied to him:

Please be advised credit cards are accepted, however we would require your credit card issuing bank phone number, and reserve the right to hold international orders indefinitely for address verification.  Due to previous card issues, to avoid this delay we would suggest a Bank Wire for your first order.

I never received another email.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people as I fully believe after the advice I got from here and put it in the above email, with no reply, these people are crooks.

I too have been scammed by these m***F*******rs.

I live in the US and have been to Singapore many times. It is a beautiful clean (if not hot!!) city state.

Weird thing is if you drop chewing gum they are all over your ass. Am I missing something? These [***] are stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars every day.

I seriously feel like going to Singapore and staking these guys out. Day dreaming of Dirty Harry now, "Make my day". Some of the other lines from "Gran Torino" also seems appropriate to me.

I'm not saying misery loves company, but I do feel better knowing this web site is here.
It is so tough being a small business owner in this Great Recession and trying to stay ahead of  scammers like this.
Thank you to all who have contributed.
There are others who will read this and will be prevented from their hard earned dollars being stolen.
    Sincerely,

    Outbakjak
