So pissed off.  I should have googled the address with the first order.  Credit card went through, no alerts were raised by my CC processing company...so no clue that this wasn't legit.  I really feel like a dumba**.  So glad you guys were here alerting people b/c it did save me $$$$ on the second order they wanted to place.  We have now blacklisted Singapore and will not ship anything to them.   Here's the new name, yet same address they used for us.

Contacted the FBI.  They just laughed and said they get that stuff all day long every day. If we wanted to do anything about it contact the crime complaint center..... http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

They also said don't ship to Singapore, anywhere in Africa (obviously) and Canada (new stuff popping up there).  Singapore and Africa I can understand, but Canada I really have a hard time blacklisting.

Same address exactly as you posted though. Must be a clearing house for fraud purchases. IP address traces to Seattle WA. (76.191.115.202)

Today we received an order for a large amount of product which raised a red flag to me. If it's too good to be true, it usually is. I googled Singapore before finding out the address and there are alot of Singapore frauds to American companies in large amounts.  It specifically mentioned that these companies use an address for a shipping and freight company (ref: http://www.buyusa.gov/singapore/en/warning_credit_card_fraud.html)  I received a 2nd e-mail an hour later and it included this address and phone # mentioned in the 7 pages of posts here.   Thank you everyone for the warnings, I quickly stopped all communication with them. I feel bad for those who did not know about this scam before sending the merchandise.

My friend find the credit card detail from unknown email, and he used it on my account, he upgraded my account using the account, when i came to know, i cancelled the membership but the Co. deducted charges one month payment (i.e. $6.00) and cancelled rest of my subscription as premium member.

How I can repay this $6.00 amount to the poor guy whose card has been misused?

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!  The first week in August, we got the expected fraud email.  Of course, we ignored it.  Then, a week later, we got an order for 20 pieces of the same item!  We again ignored it, reported it, and cancelled it.  Heres where it gets really interesting!

One of our suppliers called wanting to know what we knew about a store in Singapore, Aldino Starlight, with a website referencing our store, and selling the supplier's products when they weren't authorized to do so.  We of course, knew nothing about it, but when we went to the site, www.aldinostarlight.com, it was EXACTLY our website... the only change was the name of the store to the Aldino name, and the address (the 51 Ubi).  EVERYTHING ELSE WAS A CUT & PASTE OF OUR SITE (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF OUR PRODUCT DATA).  I contacted the hosting company via their "ABUSE@" address, and they took the counterfiet site down within minutes of our submission...  the hosting company was 000webhost.com.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! These particular people are getting more and more brazen!  If you've gotten orders from them (like us), it is likely they may choose to pirate or counterfiet your site as well.  I suggest that you do a google search using some item or phrase very specific to your site to make sure no-one as duplicated it.  Good luck to all, and keep posting here as its one of the best resources for small businesses to utilize in order to keep from being burned by these wonks... you bet they're at it every day.   I am so sorry for all those folks that have lost product and/or money to these low-lifes.  I hope you were able to recover from the hit and all is well!

I posted earlier today, but I wanted to share one of the best "fraud-fighters" we've found when it comes to any suspicious order.  I've placed a copy of the text we send to those we suspect are using stolen credit cards... its free, fast and easy.  It doesn't make any difference how the order comes in to you, email or website, or phone... its equally effective.  The next time you get a suspect card, send them this:

""While we have no doubt that your order is in fact authentic, it is standard operating procedure here at (your company name) to run security checks on large international orders.  

We do this for several reasons, but the most important of these is that we place a high priority on protecting our customers from the rapidly growing number of online thefts that take place everyday. That being said we have taken several actions below to confirm and protect your identity.

To confirm the validity of your charge card information, we have done
the following:

We have placed 2 charges of differing amounts, totaling 10.00 USD
on your credit card ending in xxxx.

You will need to contact your bank (or check online banking) and determine the amounts of the two
charges and email those amounts back to us.  Remember, the 2 charges from us will total 10.00!  Your bank will, of course, ask you for personal account information that only you, the true card holder, will have access to. At that point we will continue processing your order, charge the balance of the order to the card, and ship the items.

Once this is set up as a template in you email drafts, it just takes seconds to send this in an email.  If its a legitimate customer, they are re-assured you're the type of online company they want to do business with, and the theives and crooks using stolen credit cards can't get the requested info because the issuing bank will as about birthdays, SSANs, mother's middle or maiden name, other security questions, etc.  This works especially well on premium stolen cards where the thief buys not only the name and card number, but the billing address for AVS and the CVv2 code... even with all this, they can't get the amounts of the "two charges equaling $XX.xx" that you've placed on the card.  Then, really piss them off>  when they write to you to cancel the order and refund the 2 charges seeming very indignant that you would ask them to do this... tell them you can't process a refund to the card and the issuing bank is requesting that they contact them immediately.  They know they 2 small charges will "tip" the real customer off that their card is being compromised.  If a thief is using HIS own card and intends to defraud by ordering, getting the goods, then saying he didn't authorize the charge, this won't help, but I can assure you THAT type of scam is few and far between.  

If this process helps even one small business avoid a hit by one of these a&*holes, then I'll consider it more than worth my while to prepare and enter this info.  Lets get them before they get us!!
