To whom this may concern, unfortunately theres   employees who cant keep up with company standards and fortunately and we have to let them go. Maybe getting off the internet rather than bashing the company and its reputation cause you cant apply yourself in a proffesional manner.

Funny how you just HAPPENED to find this thread.  Instead of playing Post Office, play Spin the Bottle.  It is an honest game.

Speaking of professional - your grammar certainly is NOT.

Sorry but you can not apply your shill talk here. Since you can not keep up with the standards of fooling people maybe it time for you to give it up. No one is not going for the scam so the target is not achieved.

This is just a variation of the fax toner scam. Anyone who phones your office, is not who you do business with, & asks anything, about any piece of equipment, is scamming. Remember: Anyone who posts a positive comment about a business, product, or service on 800 notes - that is out of context with the rest of the posts - is a shill/fake/planted post. Every time.

Unfortunately there's just scammers who can't stand the whistle blowing..  But when you stamp your forehead with that flashing neon red sign that just screams shill for the whole world to see then expect to get called on it!

You should get into a new line of work, selling earplugs so we don't have to listen to the screams of shills.

USPMC has been in business for over 30 years, obtains currently hundreds of happy customers. A small handful of complaints, some, which are obviously upset employees is not going to shut down a company. They are still in business for a reason.  Not only is it legal to sell anything for any price, but some buyers dont mind paying a little more in exchange for quality of customer service and a speedy call back time. Rather than be upset they offer gift cards to the purchaser, it should be appreciated there is a company out there that appreciates the business enough to thank the employee for choosing them. Business is business, shouldnt be taken so personal.

This company has been doing this for decades. They change their name every few years..Central Mail and Supply, Postage Meter Distribution, Postage Mail & Supply etc. Anyways they call you up, trick you into thinking they are Pitney Bowes by asking how the machine works, get your model number, your name and then ship you about $25 worth of generic supplies and invoice you for almost $400! They will flat out lie and say an employee of yours ordered it, there's no one with a conscience in this company. If you are not on the ball and pay for the first order then BAM! A couple months later they call you again saying your SCHEDULED shipment is coming, that it's one of 3 you get a year. If you want to cancel they say they can't cancel this one the way the account is set up but they CAN cancel the next one. To sweeten the deal they will bribe your employees with gift cards to Wal Mart and Best Buy. First a $20-$25 one to test the waters, then if they keep ordering the invoices go up each time, $700 ($50 gift card), $1000 for the third order $100-125 gift card, etc. So if you have a person in your company who isnt making as much as they feel they should be, these gift cards become quite attractive. Who cares if the company gets a $1000 bill for about $100 worth of crap right!? The gift card tempts the employee and if push comes to shove, US Postage Meter Center won't have a problem saying that your employee was on the take!  Don't bother with the BBB if you come face to face with this scam for a company, go straight to the ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CALIFORNIA! Too many complaints from them and they will shut the company down for good. The owners are Harry Dougherty and Daniel Lynch (who is now deceased) and the address is 28231 Avenue Crocker, Unit 120, Valencia, CA 91355! Happy Hunting!  The main number is 661 257-0384. Company also goes by another name, ICP (International Copy Products, Inc.) Their 800 number is 800-777-6335. DONT FORGET, CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN CALIFORNIA TO GET THIS COMPANY SHUT DOWN. I recently learned they were also sued in court by Friden Neopost and had to pay a huge fine and do do 'community service' which one of the owners, who is now deceased actually payed another guy to do the community service for him! I am sending their products back as we DID NOT order this product.  I got a call from a rep saying “We forgot to send you your Pitney Bowes stamp machine cleaning products so we are going to send them out to you and because of your troubles I will be sending you a Starbucks gift card”.
I called Pitney Bowes yesterday to see where our order was and they confirmed that we had no order with them and to let them know when we do receive the product because it sounds like a scam.
When I received the products today I immediately called 1.661.775.7650 US Postage Meter Center to see why we were being charged for products we DID NOT order.  The rep on the phone just kept telling me “we made a second call to confirm with you”.  AGAIN…we never placed the order and were told both phone calls that this was product “we forgot to send out to you.  When I called this am the rep said she would fax me a return label and when I asked her if they were going to pay for shipping she said NO because I had excepted and approved the shipment on their 2nd call to me.
Not great business practices on their end.
One…we were led to believe they were calling from Pitney Bowes and Two…we would never order those products from any other company than Pitney Bowes.
Just in case I didn't get my point across before...They NEVER acknowledged their company name as US POSTAGE METER CENTER, INC.

    See:
    http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0181-unordered-merchandise

"What do you do when you receive merchandise that you didn’t order? According to the Federal Trade Commission, you don’t have to pay for it. Federal laws prohibit mailing unordered merchandise to consumers and then demanding payment."

"Q. Must I notify the seller if I keep unordered merchandise without paying for it?

    A. You have no legal obligation to notify the seller. However, it is a good idea to write a letter to the company stating that you didn’t order the item and, therefore, you have a legal right to keep it for free. This may discourage the seller from sending you bills or dunning notices, or it may help clear up an honest error. Send your letter by certified mail. Keep the return receipt and a copy of the letter for your records. You may need it later."

    On to the scam
I got a call from 661-257-0384 saying they were a rep. for the postage meter. Didn't say which meter. Instant red flag. They wanted to send us information and coupons. I told them straight up I new it was a scam and hung up. Also if you get supplies that were not ordered, you do not have to pay for them.

Same thing happened here.  They called us posing as Pitney Bowes and said that an ink cartridge that was supposed to come complimentary with our new meter was on backorder and would be arriving soon.  About a month later I get 1 ink cartridge and an invoice for nearly double what I normally pay for supplies.  [***] this company and their shady business practices.  Posing as Pitney Bowes! Seriously?!
