No, we will not chill out because we don't like to be scammed through dishonest business practices. As soon as someone gives up that number they started sending supplies for the machine model number you gave them and they tell you that since you gave them the information you agreed to the order. Same as the copy machine scams. No thanks, if we did business with this company they would already know the model numbers for our machines. People should never verify any type of information to unsolicited callers. When in doubt, hang up and call the company you're contracted to directly.

It is a scam and an unoriginal one at that.
