Just called my cell.  I did not answer.  From Scooba, MS.

Called my cell and then he just started rambling.  Blocked with Mr. Number.

6:10 AM call  - Caller ID said Scooba - But no one was there.  These guys know how to be annoying.

received call from some one that sounded indian. like a 7-11 ndian not a casino Indian. I hung up after the first words I heard with that accent .

rachael from card serevices pressed 1 to speck with a represenative, said he was with Chase BANK i doubted that and hung up.

Received call on a business line, but there was no response.  If you get these, try doing this:  Given them fake information.  Go to http://names.igopaygo.com/people/fake_person and generate a fake person.  It includes name, birthdate, email, mother/father, SSN, and a credit card, the works.  The best way to get these guys is to play them along and feed them bogus information.  You can generate one now and keep the info handy for future reference.

They make their money by selling this information.  But even thieves need to have a reputation.  So if people keep feeding them fake information, and they get known for selling bad data, this is there where it will hurt them.

The igopaygo.com service is generally use for programmers to create datasets for testing software, but it works for this, too.

Called cell. Unknown area code to me, so didn't answer. Left a 15 second blank voicemail message. Added to block list. Others here said Rachel from Card Services (old known spammer message), so annoyed that they keep telling people it's their final offer but then call and give them another "final" offer. Wish phone spammers wouldn't lie. 😬

SPAM... Received a call on my cell phone today at 3:44pm ET from 662-883-7649.  I have the Mr. Number app, which identified it as 'Suspected Spam' so I ignored the call and a vm was left.  The vm was garbled, like noise on the line, but basically this was the message:

"Hello this is Rachel at Card Holder Services calling in reference to your current credit card account.  There are no problems currently with your account.  It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as 6.9%.  Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice.  Press the number one on your telephone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rates.  Thank you."

I am so sad not to have picked up the call, a few minutes ago, from my friend Rachel and her East Indian significant other. I wish they had left a message. Not. May they and all their partners in crime burn in you-know-where.

Removing yourself from the DNC and then putting the number back on is counter productive since it then opens the 30 day window each time for legitimate companies to call you.
Now, consider this, if a murderer knows that he will be put to death if he kills someone and does it anyway, what makes you think that a criminal would obey the DNC laws?  That is who is calling you, and all the laws and lists in the world won't stop it.  Welcome to the 21st century.

Caller ID said out of area on my phone... google voice showed Scooba MS.  It was a robot dialer offering an interest reduction. (said it would be the final offer, oh yeah) press 1 for a live person.  I did. He wanted to know what MasterCard I had.  I told him if he didn't already know we had nothing to talk about and I hung up and blocked the number.
Tip, that's why it's great to have google voice as a front end.  If they call back they will get the official this number is disconnected message.

Called at 6:23am after a 11 hour all night shift.

Got a call yesterday morning from a different number (415-610-7830) caller ID said "Card Services on my landline. I didn't answer and they left no message. I DID call back thinking someone might be using my CC luckily the line was busy. I looked up the number and it had the exact complaints as this number which just called my cell using this number - they hung up and no message.  Both times the "bleep bleep bleeping bleeps" woke me up.
I am so tired of being harassed by these "bleepers" yet NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!   p.s. sorry, I'm not yelling at you guys
