One of several numbers calling my underage daughter phone and leaving her threatening messages.   When I called to tell them to stop, they hung up on me.   Total scam!

I have been receiving several calls from these scams artist.  Now when I see the number I don't answer.  They all use the same line. They even have nerve to leave  a voicemail.  The government needs to crack down on these scamers.  They all belong im JAIL.

I got a call from this lady name Karen Rogers with The Financial Crime Division stated she have me listed as a central subject in an active criminal investigation being downloaded in your county today I need to speak to you or your attorney of record today.  This individual called my cell phone and left a message twice called at12:23 p.m and again at 4:13 pm with the same message.

I feel that the FBI and the Attorney General and consumer need to watch these websites and start investigating these numbers to get these people caught, this is a disruption upon peoples lives.  It is time something is put into effect against these people.

They have called me 3 times now had one guy last week call me from Texas claiming the same thing he almost had me pay 250.00 said I had a warrant out from local police dept. So I called the dept and they said this was a scam how do they get so much info I will never know.

Me too same guy I reported him to our local Police Dept and called the company he claimed he was hired by Advance American.Net they said that is there Web address and it was a scam. Stupid scared me to death.

So I get a call from a guy calling himself Paul Marks from pre litigation dept, he said the same ol crap as the others. I kept asking him what his companies name was, he just kept asking me to verify information, when I wouldn't stop asking for the name or verify anything he got upset with me and hung up, that hurt my feelings

Got a message saying my name was part of a scam--then proceded to tell me I owed money back in 2012 that wasn't paid--but couldn't tell me any details about whom it was owed to--said an email was sent to me--I looked the number up, saw all the complaints on it--and called it back--told the woman they were a complete fraud--

Received call from this number threatening fraud charges calling me a thief, when I questioned who they were they hung up, I called back request their name & address I was hung up on again, called back again, requested their name & address, female who id'd herself as a supervisor said I was on a recorded line & I was scaring her employees so she would not give me the address said I was threatening them, told her just want name of company and address, she continued to call me a thief, said I should steal money from payday loan people, I was about to be introduced to the real world, I again asked for the name and address, she said the Bob Holiday Legal Group, refused address, I'm sure bogus name. I was hung up on several times. Each time I called back I was told I was a thief and threatening her employees, I told her to send the authorities to get me, I'd make them coffee when they got here, that they are bottom feeders trying to scare people to pay something they never owed. She told me to never call again, told her the same, told her I hoped that was on her "recorded" line as well.

You at least recognize your writing errors, unlike the "Satisfied Victim" shills. I wouldn't give much credit for tenacity or creativity. They're driven by desperation, for a profit at any cost to everyone's dignity, and their shill stories are all variations on a small group of themes.

Does this sound familiar?---- " This is so and so and I am (actually two different women called different days) calling from Financial Crime Division. I have you listed as a central subject in a active criminal investigation being downloaded in your county today!" " I need to speak with you or your attained attorney immediately regarding this matter! They called a relative to me on their cell phone, she was VERY upset believing it, I told her it was fraud, a scam! I thought that it is against the law to (falsely) represent law enforcement! Also can't these people be sued?

A few years ago I got calls to my home phone night and day harassing me from a VERY CROOKED home loan company in the US and outside the US, saying that I owed huge back payments on my property (house)! I did not own property and I was renting, and they could barely speak english! I turned them in to the Attorney General and Police. And I will do the same with these fake scammers!

Well now they are no longer calling the cell no. And one woman's name was Karen. I guess the scam-artists have given up on this no. Well at least these crooks can speak "english". On the calls, I got years ago from the oc"CRUMB" Loan Company, The foreigners could not speak very well at all, I could hardly understand them. I asked them to spit it out!

One guy called me and from what sounded like he had a "mouthful of marbles" he told me I owed them a large sum of money for a property that I had not paid for many months!! Then he asked me for my name!! lol!!!! I said back, "you called me and you don't  know my name!!" lol. Then he asked for my SS no. lol!! I told him, I was not going for that one either! I told him I would be contacting the Law enforcement and the Attorney General. The next thing I heard was a "loud" click, He hung up real fast! I later found out that this is a real loan company, in the U.S. how they can get away with #%*& is a shame!

Well, here we go again! She got two more scam trash bag calls recently! One was a woman different different no, but with the same BS as the others! And the latest one just today was from 210-702- 3934 and it went like this- (This is Kevin Buggas from Legal Services, you have a pending case in our office that needs your atttention to speak with you or your attorney on record today!! My no. is 210-762-6590. If I do not hear from you or your attorney. I will document that you wave your to council in your case!) He said something after that about accordingly but could not make it all out. It is basically the same line as the others use!

Well, I reported the other fake criminal call to the police, Attorney General, and FTC and I will do it for Mr Buggas! Who else can I contact about this maybe the FBI? Anyhow I know a few apartments that are in dire need of fumigation maybe I could contact him for that?  

Opps correction---I will document that you wave your RIGHT to council in your case. This a good thing on here because people who are getting calls and don't know whats going on, can get on here and check on here and find out that someone is trying to scammed! And all the phone nos are being listed, keep up the right work! Well, I guess next my relative will get a call from one of the (marble-mumblers)!?

Just wanted to warn everyone over here I am now getting harrassing calls on my house phone now starting Saturday and today starting early in the morning three calls a day. 800-733-1116 We called them and they said they are the company Citi-Card, No one here has a account with them!!!!!! So if you get a call from them you know its another crooked scam artists! I have turned them in, I need to contact three others. I reported it on the site here for calls from 800-733-1116 and I read there that alot of other people have been getting them for a long while!!!!! One fellow was getting harrass by them for six months!!!!!!!! This has not been my months for calls getting them left and right.  To make so many calls, the crooks must be making money off of innocent people, how cruel!!!!

Tried to buy craigslist ad

Got a call similar to the ones described here from 678-394-2202. Got part of a message (they called twice) that said  "...a financial transaction which is now under investigation. This call has been made so we can hear your side of the story. To speak to a risk assessment adviser, press 1 now."
