update:  This is clearly a robo call which waits for an answer and then connects to a person.
In my opinion Robo Calls should be compliant with normal harassment laws. (meaning, if an ex or stalker were to call me this much without leaving a message... i could get a restraining order.)

I answered but got no response. It's just annoying and disrupting.

They call me 2-3 times a day! When I answer they provide a false address and ask if it's mine and then ask what the last four digits of my SSN is. When I ask them who they are they respond back telling me that I have to give my information first. Yeah right! Find another idiot! How do you block this number?

They call my home 3 times daily. They're looking for someone who does not live at my house. I can't even understand who they're asking for. The only bills I have are my monthly utilities, phone, gas for my car, and once a year I pay my property taxes. I have no debt. Real IDIOT'S...

I started getting these calls 4 & 5 times a day over a month ago, then finally they stopped since I put them on my "no ring"  list and now they are starting up again.  I don't owe anyone anything and I'm just fed up with getting calls like this, especially since my number is registered on the DNC.  This is one of 4 different numbers that are calling me.

Scam located in Marietta. They try to get your info - credit card number etc and tell you that you owe debt. I do not.

They asked me my name. No way. Tell me yours first. They do not.

CBE - contacted them - they said they have no idea who the caller is and not associated with them.

If enough people complain to FCC and have the do not call registry note a formal complaint, the caller can be sued personally. A  report to police as well as FCC and DNC registry from enough folks and these harassing scammers will find themselves in jail.

Stop harassing people hard at work all hours of the day an night. I have reported your number and you will be sued individually as the caller. Already spoke to my lawyer and you absolutely can be sued. Your "company" does not care as you are considered not part of their liability.
