- cjCaller was on a robot caller (I had to say hello twice). After a pause he answered back and ask for the person in charge of Accounts Receivable. I said, "[***] off", and hung up. This worked, because they did not call back. I saved their number in the address book of my business cell phone as "x Junk H" in one of the free phone slots. Whenever a scammer calls, and I see "x Junk N", I don't answer knowing full well they'll just go down the list and leave me alone.

- I hate Scam CallsThese morons call nearly every day wanting to "collect past due bills for us". I told him we don't use such services, and he said "how do you collect them then". This idiot won't take no for an answer, and from now on I am just going to hang up on him. I am so sick of these bottom feeding [***] companies soliciting us, as they are just as aggressive with sales calls as they are with collection calls.

- Qwerty replies to Sam KimYour callers neither own nor monitor this website. You need to deliver your message to them directly, hopefully by certified mail.
- Receptionist replies to debbbtt cYou are a shill, do you know how we can tell you work for this company? Because your writing skills are atrocious! Obviously they scraped the bottom of the barrel when they hired you. Get a real job and get an education!
- Receptionist replies to ThiaThey were relatively respectable to me as well, though they are trying to get my company to use them. If I were on the receiving end though I'm sure I would've been treated like crap. We absolutely will NOT use them after hearing/seeing how they treat the debtors, we actually want to still be civil with the people that owe us, they are our clients and collecting debts is sometimes a necessary thing. BUT, never in a billion years would we be ok with someone collecting on our behalves if they treat people this way. NEVER EVER are they going to be put through to my CFO! Not to mention we told them no countless times in the last 2 years. Obnoxious pompous [***].
- SDebt collection scam- trying to get our HR to partner with them. We get these debt collection sales calls all the time.

- NSTThis company is a joke-literally! They called & asked me about helium filled tires & talked so fast I didn't even understand what he was asking. When I tried to put him on hold to send him to be someone else's problem at our company he was like I'm kidding. Then rattled off his pitch so fast once again I could barely figure out it his solicitation was a scam. Told him I would leave a message for our CEO & he wouldnt give me his contact info. Number blocked!

- The Consigliere| 1 replyCalled our business asking for accounts receivable manager. As I am looking up the phone number and see these notes. When asked if they were soliciting services the rude [***] said no. When asked if this is a current account that has to do with this company, he also says no. So if we don't have your service, if you don't have ours, what exactly other than a solicitation would you be calling about? When told there is no one in and they can leave a message he says fine. So I ask for his name and contact info and he says to send him to voicemail. Told him there is no voicemail. Then he only gives me his name and refused to give me the phone number. Wanted an email address for our accounts receivable manager. I was not about to give out her personal email address so he can spam her with his junk. I told him again if he wants to leave his info to give me his phone number. He again refused and said this was a "financially sensitive" issue. I said the phone number to reach you is not a a "financially sensitive" issue. I also have caller ID so unless he thinks he's pulling a fast one, just give your effing phone number if this is so important. He said "he's already given me all the information he can and that he is just trying to do his job". I said yeah, so am I. We screen calls for a reason. The sooner he learns how gatekeepers work, the sooner he'll realize when he's wasting his time. We don't employ debt collecting services based on cold calls. He said he's gonna call back. Good luck. There are only 3 of us that answers the phones here, including the "accounts receivable manager" and she was next to me the entire time. He ain't getting through.

- BigA replies to The ConsigliereThis looks like a really shady outfit. Also, if you go to their BBB page, they have 40 positive reviews. However, if you look at the dates the reviews were made you will see that a lot of them were made on the same day. This indicates that they were made by the company itself, which is against the law.
- BuncoA very polite woman called and to ask to speak with the President of our company - no name - just asked for "The President", which I responded with "May I ask what this is regarding?". She said that she some accounting questions and asked if the the President available. I explained to her that our President does not handle accounting questions and again asked what the call was regarding. She responded with "Okay, maybe I could speak with the Controller or Accounting Manager?". I once said that I would need more information as to the reason for the call and asked what this is in regards to. She then asked to be transferred to a voicemail for Accounting. I told her flat out that I would not transfer her call without SPECIFICALLY knowing the nature of the call and she responded with "It's okay if they are not available, I understand" and hung up on me.
