This company is a joke,they buy old debt and call you to try to collect it, when I told them I bought my biz 6 years ago and do not know what company they were calling about this little smart mouth girl told me she was going to Sue me I called my Lawyer he called back said to tape record any future calls,this company is known for breaking the law.They are not Legit
This is what I found out about this two cent collection agency,The owner is a Todd Tinkler a real piece of %^&^%

We got a letter from c2cresources.com with an invoice demanding money for a copyrighted image they said was on our website. The contact person was John McDougal in Metarie, LA, 866-495-0050.

Called the fella who turned out to be a loud, abusive, threatening nutcase who was incapable of speaking normally. He told us that he would ask the questions, not us and just send the money, or else.

What money? Or else what? He then began humming some sort of weird tune and said, you'll find out.

Apparently this is some type of new scam that attempts to circumvent due process by sending bogus letters about copyright infringement along with intimidation and harassment by phone.

There has been no contact at all from any copyright holder, nor any court judgement concerning image usage. Out of the blue we get a letter demanding payment for a image usage from this "company."

The "CEO" Todd Tinkler wouldn't speak with us and hasn't called back. Searching online finds numerous indications that he, his "company" and his employees are very unethical to say the least.

Un wanted call

A man by the name of Paul Tripioni just called me. I told him I was just the receptionist and don't handle any accounts. He wanted info I didn't know. He started to yell and tell me that I know what happens in my company. We will be taken to small claims court, etc. I hung up. He called back and I asked him to not yell at me. He started to tell me, a girl, to man up and take responsibility.  I told him not to insult me and I hung up again. He called back a third time and started to tell me his name and number. I wrote it down and he started to raise his voice in which point I just hung up. If he were to call back a fourth time, I feel it would have been harassment and maybe call the police?

These people are repeatedly calling me on my cell phone. When I asked what they wanted, they responded was I always this rude? When I hung up on them, they immediately called back twice, but did not leave voice mails. For the past few days, they've been calling. I see it in the caller history.

If I send this cease and desist letter, am I also giving them additional information about myself?

I get calls from these jerks every day. Sometimes several times a day. They cuss at us and tell us we need to pay them money for an account that isn't ours. They don't listen and just keep calling. What a terrible human being.

c2c They are trying to collect for Spyder Kingman Company. That company really sucks.

But, They use fake numbers on caller id. If you call them back it says that the number is disconnected.

I researched this company and they are a 2 bit collection agency that buys old debt and have been sued several times for breaking the law. My lawyer said just hang up on them.

They just called me and left a message stating if I wanted to avoid impending legal action I need to get back to them by 5:00pm today or else, then it went to Noon on Monday blah blah blah.

All this and they made no mention of what it was in regards to. Given they are in Atlanta and I'm in Canada, I find it amusing.

They also block their number when they call, will call repeatedly and have clearly been trained to be a pain in the ass in the hope that driving people nuts with bogus threats will make them pay.

Pretty funny if you ask me. Needless to say, I will be ignoring them moving forward.

Gentleman by the name of John called (although the CID stated "out of area" he gave this as his contact) and wanted to speak to our AR manager.  Placed him on hold for a bit (on the off chance someone was interested - they weren't) he asked if we NEEDED these services (we don't) and he hung up on me.  However, he did call right back to apologize for hanging up and then thanked me for my time. (It was a novel approach that I felt the need to share. ^_~)

its funny how ppl complaine about collections calls maybe if they pay there bills there would be no calls .. o yea hear is a thought  lets put all the collection company out of business by paying our bills ,,,, lol funny characters only comment on the negative stuff that they put them self in , yea you right its funny as helll.......

It's funny how shills complain about people standing up for their rights.  Maybe if shills actually proved that people owed the bills there would be no need for calls.  Nice try, shill.

Caller asked for our CFO or a manager in Accounts Receivable.

I got a call from this number 678-495-0050, as usual I didn't pick up as it's a unknown number. They left the following message.

Good Morning xxxxx, This is wellington williams, my number is 1-866-495-0050 and my extension is 314. I look forward to speaking with you.

I called them back, but not to the extension, it was picked up the receptionist by name Lia and asked them who they are, as I have no clue who called me, she told me that they are from C2C resources, a debt collecting agency. I told them you are a scammer, she asked how you are saying, I reverted them to go and check in Google reviews.

they have no class.  Once they know you're not interested in their service they hang up on you.
normally, reputable companies that actually want your business conduct themselves professionally.

This call was anything but professional.
