This company is absolutely amazing!  The have left several voice mails saying that my SSN was being investigated for fraud!  Naturally, I freaked and called them back.  I was told that there was an Internet Payday Loan taken out in May,2005!  I told him that I wasnt aware of any payday loan, Ever.  He rambled off some address and email address that are NOT MINE!  I tried to explaine this to him and he kept cutting me off, yelling at me, and telling me that I was wasteing his time!  WTF?!?!  They called me!  Anyway, I asked, repeatedly, for proof...Some proof, ANY proof...that I was infact the one that did this.  He got angrier and angrier the more questons I asked!  
The people there are all a bunch of rude idiots!!  They yell, wont answer questions, skirt around the issues and are totally unprofessional!
The # 678-593-2340 is a total sham!  I spoke to a Stephanie Sanders, Rick Baker (HE was the worst) and Patricia.
WHAT REPUTABLE BUSINESS BEHAVES THIS WAY?!?!?!?

These paople caled my 88 year old mother and said the same crap. Investigating fraud or some such nonsense. even said my brother was involved too! Maybe because I lived there once... back in 1992!!

The debt is way beyond the statue of limitations and dead. medical bills piled up as i am uninsured because I am an american. anyway they called from 678-593-2340 which is an unlisted number!! Never received anything in the mail either. and man did they upset my mother... thinking it was some legal fraud investigation by law enforcement. These guys are getting reported to the FCC for this one.

and I have two phone numbers which are published but did they try to call me? Hell no. They try and scare people into submission. What are they going to do when they end up on the receiving end of a lawsuit because they scared some innocent person into a heart attack?? Go talk to the politicians about morality and paying bills. what a bunch of [***]. The kind a back alley can fix.

Here's where they messed up
#1 payday loans are illegal in GA
#2 they lied and said it was a legal matter and being sent to Cobb Country Magistrate

the do not call list is for land lines & cellphones. it's free and provided through the government website www.donotcall.gov there you can list all your phone numbers- they will send you an email with a link to complete the request- this needs to be done within 72 hrs. There is a link to file a complaint as well. Good Luck! Also keep in mind that there are people "out there" who post in attempt to get a rise out of others- try to overlook them. Well miz WALKER if she is really an attorney just broke the LAW. YOU CAN NOT CALL SOME ONE'S ASSOCIATES AND TELL THEN WHAT YOU JUST STATED.
That is a violation of the fair debt collections act.
Same as if the call was made to your job and you are then fired because of it; YOU WOULD THEN OWN THEM...

But when it all comes down to it, if they are calling you and you know that you got the payday loan, what are u complaining about, u borrowed the money, pay it back!!!! If someone borrowed money from you 4 years ago and u still haven't received it, you would be trying to find them too!!! So all you stop making lame excuses about people being rude, truth be told, you took out the loan, so pay the crap back, and you don't have to worry about anyone calling your phone, or bothering you! Grown up and handle your business!!!!

This company is "Nelson Hirsch & Associates" don't be afraid of the legit sounding name. They are debt collecting wolves in lawyer sheep clothing. Keep ALL correspondence and every message/letter/call time you receive. After the collector receives your cease and desist letter, they must comply. You can legally pursue them for non compliance.

This company will call and leave messages stating that you are named a suspect for a fraud investigation regarding a previous debt (in most cases, an old payday loan)

They will tell you that if you do not pay the debt immediately, you will have charges filed against you. This is false. They will verbally harass you- to the extreme of yelling and demeaning you on a personal level. Scare tactics folks. ( I have been in this situation previously and I am now in litigation with this and another company using the same method of harassment.)

My "investigator" went by the name of "David Robinson" this may be an alias, as I have yet to locate such an individual in any search.

Be aware of the non legit nature of these people who will tell you every line possible to get you to pay for old debts, You have rights, and this company violates them.

received a phone message from this number stating "Ms. Sey" was calling in regard to protect me from a possible fraud using my social security number. She identified heself as an "agent", ( a gross mis-representation) ans asked that myself or my lawyer contact her that day. I looked up her company online and found numerous reports of similar experiences. This caller reeks of fraud.

Mrs. Love a fraud investigator with Nelson, Hirsch, called me today twice, she called my cell phone once this morning and called my home phone later in the afternoon. She stated that I needed to take care of some sort of Pay Day loan that I supposedly took out in 2005 for $300, and that I needed to take care of it today. She ask that I pay $900 in attorney fees and court cost. If I didn't have the the full $900 I could set up payment arrangements. She wanted me to give her my credit card info over the phone for the payments.  WHATEVER!!! I DON'T THINK SO!!!

A collection company cannot sue you for a debt that was with another company period !! They also cannot post anything on your credit report legally because the debt that you had obtained was never with them. All legit companies will send all needed documentation via us postal service.

This company is harrassing me... saying i owe their client, who i have no idea of who it is... saying they are going to file lawsuit but want give me details...
Who are these people... they have my number... and i want to know how they got it... the phone isnt even in my name!!!

This is exactly what they just did to me... exact same loan stuff... business information i had NEVER heard of... stuff that wasnt mine...
