This is very strange. The call went straight to voice mail. My phone did not ring, nor is it listed in my call logs. The 'urgent' automated message tried to address me by my first name, but failed to pronounce my simple name correctly. The message also claimed it was for a court case, and gave some case number. It did not identify the court. I ignored and deleted the message.

I received a call from caddy stating she was trying to track down my fathers ex-wife asking me to pass a message to her and that this was pertaining to a investigation involving my name and SSN. When I called she said she was trying to track down the ex wife. When I said I have no clue and the last contact I had with her was over five years ago she hung up. This is obviously bad ethics on their part elluding to me as part of an investigation when their really objective is to contact some one else. Can they be reported or should I leave this alone?

Yes this company is a scam, there are not investigators, agents, nor lawyers working there!! There are drug addicts and crooks off the street that have not had any background checks done on them.....Be very afraid because they do have access to your SSN(be very afraid)!!! Also it wouldn't hurt any to check your credit report.....Because this day & age trust is out the door!! This company and the people it employ is as crook it as it get.......Gods knows how many of them have warrants as we speak...Also it is good to know that they also have crooks working from home to!!! The at-home crooks call you with threats that are not being quote-on-quote recorded!!! They also bluff your call...By that I mean if you received the loan in a particular county...let's say Florida(Dade County, Orange County Sheriffs Dept. may appear on your caller ID.)!!! Google bluff.com, it gives you the option of choosing a male or females voice...so when you pick-up...it's a male from the Sheriff Dept. telling you of the pending matter!!! Against the law and everything the law stands for.....Please contact your local police dept. and make a report so the case can continue to bill its illegal and you can't call someone impersonating law enforcement!!! They can not use threats as a mean to obtain collections, do not give them any information, do not admit to anything...Request a letter within 5 days...send it via U.S. Mail with a return receipt(which if you do this or not u will not receive a letter), this company is bogus, fraudulent and they do not work for lawyers...No one in there is highly-educated to the point of being a lawyer, they do not use their government given names; as they figure the consumer will google them!! Make sure to google this company.....If you owe a debt and the company is still in business call the company to obtain information in reference to resolving the issue!! I am almost certain they will be able to produce valid information on the debt....You all need to start a class-action suit on this bogus company!! There are laws in placed to help, utilize them and make police reports so that when court time comes burden of truth out weighs all of it!! This woman called me and told me that she was going to garnish my check or take other leagal action due to payday loan i was suuposed to take aout. She accused me of check fraud and told me I was going to be a felon if I did not pay this settlement. i don't know how but she even got the information needed to contact my family and threatened them with legal action if i did not take care of this matter because i supposedly used them as a reference for this loan. I did not ever have a payday loan and certainly would not put my family members in this position. She called me at my workplace recently and was very rude with me when i would not give her information over the phone such as the fax number to my employer and the name of the person responsible for all wages transactions. She informed that my call was being monitored and i did need to cooperat on this matter. I told her i did not under any circumstance have to provide her with that information and hung up the phone. The thing is, she scared me enough that i made two installment payments of 100.00 on a prepaid debit card before i figured out it was all a scam. When i asked for a copy of the check, a reciept of where i had paid or a letter stating the day i made this transaction along with the check with my signature on it she said she could not provide that. She called me from the 678-593-2340 number.

Becky call and report this company to the Federal Trade Commissions....Also call your the Fulton County District Attorney's Office and report what the individual told you!! Also let the attorney know that you requested burden of proof and they never produced it......I hope they are building a case against them; if you all(consumers) do not report the activity or the events that have happened or taken placed they will not be able to prosecute this company!! Yes they threw around the legal spill....but there are no lawyers or legal enforcements working there!! Never give them any information, ask them not to contact you at your place of employment, ask for proof, and ask for something in writing within 5 days!! Have been receiving calls from this number. Saying I need to call them back with my lawyer. The lady sounds as though she is eating while leaving message. Said she was with Nelson Hirsch & Associates. Sounded as though she said her name was Shawn palm. Could'nt really understand. Said she was handling a investigation concerning my name and SS#. Haven't returned a call to them. They some how got my cell number.

So I got a call from Sandra. She scared me into making payment arrangments, so now that I made the arrangment I guess I'm pretty much screwed and can't fight this now?? Anyone have any suggestions. The first payment is scheduled to be paid in 2 days.
