I have received 6 calls from some one name Stuart about a loans I owe from 4 years ago

I received a phone call from our County Assessor's office on Saturday morning.  It turned out to be a man claiming to be with the County stating they had a complaint that they were going to handle on Monday morning.  I needed to call 678-608-3229 and work out an arrangement before it they filed an insurance claim against me.  I tried to confirm that they were from the County and they hung up.  Calling the County this morning to let them know.

Received a phone call from Terry, claiming I had an account due for 2004, with a bank. I did not have a checking account with that bank. When I confronted him on that he got extremely rude. Told me I was going to have to explain my story to the judge. I  said fine, at least I know I am telling the truth. They are extremely RUDE. What happened to the 7 year policy? I know we are all hurting for money, but I know my debts, and this was one that wasn't mine. How can we get back to these people the threats they are making are on called for, and that taping me isn't really going to get the issue settle.

I just started getting these calls today. They said they were a lawyers office and to have me or my attorney call back. They have called twice already.. does anyone know exactly what they are though? I think he may also have said his name was monty?

Terry was the one that called me, and said I needed to have my lawyer call, or they would continue with the suit of writing a fraudulant check. I told  him in 2004 I didn't have a checking account. Basically called me a liar. 'Cuse me, but  I know when I got my checking account. I even told him to call the bank and ask them when I opened the account. Once again he told me I was lying. Well I am so glad today I learned how much of a liar I am. Wow,

i just got that call 5 min ago!

Called saying they will call the cops on me, yada yada about an old payment on something I don't have.

I just received a call from this same number stating that I was being sued for a payday loan I didn't take out and that they wanted $840.00 from me to settle this matter. I never heard of the company before and when I asked them to sen d me the information they had regarding this loan the person I spoke got very harsh and nasty. He also wanted me to give them my bank account information.

i just got another call from a man named mr.brigeport, that say he has never talked to me before when he has saying that i had a payday loan that was put into my checking acct. back in 2010 how ever i have never had an checking acct. he then told me he had already called and talked to the county atty. office here in my twon when i called the county atty. office they never heard of them but did call them back and they told the county acct; office here in my town that they have never heard of me and that they have never talked to me, when asked by the county acct. office how i got the number and the ext. to call him back he told them he had no clue.man these people are rude and good liers.

someone fropm this number called my mothers house(which I have never given on anything I filled out credit wise) saying they were from the county's office and that I had to contact them immediately or I would be paying restitution and that they were filing an issuacnce or something like that. Complete BS and when I called back and yelled at them about it they said I owed a payday loan, which I don't and don't even have a bank account at the bank they said it went into. These people are complete liars!

Just let them all go to VM - NEVER answer.  Eventually they give up and go after some poor sucker that DOES answer and falls for their crap.  It's a scam, pure and simple.

Don't answer, don't call back, IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE!  They're full of useless threats and bull****.

these people call and say they are federal agents and they have important information they are sending to my employment. I am on social security and not even employed and since when do bill collectors call themselves agents?  They think that is a scare tactic?  Actually it is a fraud tactic and can get them sued if I ever find out who they are exactly since they never answer at the number they leave and won't leave anything other than agent blah blah on my phone.

I received a call this morning stating I had taken out a payday loan. I abruptly told them I have never taken a payday loan out and this must be incorrect and could I speak to their supervisor. I was quickly put on the phone with a Mrs. Richardson who was extremely rude and I was rude right with her and I asked for her supervisors name she stated she was the owner. She then told me my mother never taught me manners and I should go ask my mom for some. I told her my mother passed away 3 weeks ago (true statement) she told me she could care less and called me an inconsiderate [***] and hung up on me. I called back and she said she was going to report me for harassment for calling her personal (what????) Number back. I have never spoken to someone so ignorant in my life. She then said she would hide this file so no further action would be needed........WOWWWWWWWWWWW

Cohen Swartz, my heart goes out to the innocent law abiding and decent ones that r responsible made one of the biggest mistake that might hinder their livelihoods by paying these uncivilized scammers, but to those who continue to get calls from these scammers is time 2 get paid. When any of I believe they just regular reps from the streets somewhere in the corner call u, stay calm jus listen and make sure u r recording. Why do I say that? Because they r going to violate I promise u, make sure u ask questions and whatever u ddnt hear make them repeat while s u r recording. Once u r done hang up make sure u maintain and remain civil as much as possible then get an Atty @ once and play it to him her. Try I guys u will get paid im expecting one soon. They do not really have human resource with the right instrument, ask for HR it goes guess where? Some 1 called Michael n it jus rings n rings, scared to give out their physical address of cause not evidently thier illegitimate, changed their names a couple of times go figure, not registered with BBB go figure, is owned by a Nigerian go figure, I mean it goes on n on non.
