Well, well ring that bell, I just got off the phone with Collinsworth & Assco and some fake name person, asked if I had kids, what does that have to do with a bill that is not being paid, $65,000? Question: are they threatening my kids now? There just digging there hole deeper and deeper. They think they are running something when they can hide behind all these 1-800 and rented numbers, that's not the case here. I bet I have called this number 678-608-3229 at least 150 times, and they got super super mad, then they started putting me on hold. I would hang up and call back, time after time I told them to call the police on me, then we can get the GA. AG's office involved, hell bring in the real FBI and the GA. Police, the more the better, we will go down in history books, like when David kicked Goliath's ass, but it's going to Spider-Man and Goliath this round, round #2. All ya'll have to do is call these numbers back, don't talk just hang up a 1000 times if you want they can not do a damn thing about it, you won't go to jail, you won't have to fear anything, just fear itself, and that's not so bad. I have, and I am still alive and kicking like a chicken, but I'm a Spider, say kicking like a Spider. " WE'ER BACK " or on the way back, alive and well, I have another little tid bit for ya'll, just in case ya'll don t want to take anymore BS from these rude and fake people, the word is that there is not a COUNTY OR DISTRICT ATTONERY in this great land that we live will file charges on you, if you want to herrass these no good (here we go again) SOB'S THEY WOULD NOT TOUCH THIS WITH A 10 FOOT POLE, when they find out who these people are and what they do for a living, IT WOULD BE A TOTAL JOKE, i have contacted a debt lawyer # 855-301-4700 and spoke with him about these low lifes, and i myself file a case with him over the phone, ( i might have some type O's cuz BATMAN drives like...never mind)( I wanted to drive but BATMAN said, "SPIDERS DON'T DRIVE " i SAID, " WHAT EVER, "YOUR KILLING ME "and he will talk to you about your phone calls from these low life's....he a good guy..he will take your case FREE, and these people will have to pay all court costs, and pay your damages.I don't know what kind of loans or what kind of case you have he will talk to you about it...so if ya'll want to throw another rock @ these SOB'S and want somthing to do, this LAWYER is one of your ROCKS you have in your bag...MAN, BATMAN IS GOING TO LET DRIVE HIS BAD [***] BAT RIDE..GOTTA GO NOW WE PULLING OVER." YA'LL WATCH THIS "!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people have been harassing me, my family in other states saying that I am being sued and that they are going to be serving me with court documents and need my correct address.. and to another family member saying that I can't run from them..  What do I do? These are from medical bills from when I was taken to the hospital two years ago a couple days before my medical insurance with work kicked in.. uggghhhh

All of these people claiming to be from any legal entity wanting information and claiming to call that day, etc., are bogus.  If you have questions and legitimate concerns, call or file a complaint with the phone number to the FTC and, if you feel you are in danger in any way, call the police.  For any type of legal proceedings, they have to serve you a proper summons or show that they have made a concerted effort to do so.  One "quicky" threat on the telephone with no real information does not qualify.  Your state's attorney general is also a good resource.

I've been the victim of identity theft for three years now.  Finally, whoever this is was brash enough to file a FEDERAL tax return with my name and social security number.  I called the IRS and because this is now a federal issue to be investigated.  The agent with the fraud department with the IRS was extremely helpful and polite and, when definitively figured out that I am the real person, is working with my attorney to clear my credit reports, and has even advised that I should change my SS# at this point because of retirement that could be withdrawn without my knowledge.  My attorney also said to keep EVERY voice mail left and every piece of written communication; once I write them a letter asking for the original debtor, amount, proof of the debt, etc., and they contact me again, it's a $1,000 fine per infraction.  Don't be afraid - be proactive:)
