Left a message saying they had an important message from Valley Credit.  Said it was from a debt collector.    I don't have any accounts with Valley Credit.

I keep getting this call on my cell phone and I don't answer it.  It says Valley Credit and I do not owe anyone any money!  They are so close to being sued!  These people that call and harass just make me sick!  It is time to make them pay!   They are going to know what real debt is when we finish with them.

Whoever this is just calls and hangs up after a ring.  I don't owe anyone money, so not sure why they are calling me.

Keeps calling, won't leave a message. When answered they ask for some person I've never even heard of, won't state what the call is in reference to as well as stating in lying about my identity.

This number and a few numbers just like it have called me about 10 times in less then 10 mins. There is voice massages left but they are empty no one's says anything.

Some random phone number, I don't even live in Georgia. Quite annoying, and left a message with nothing on it.

This number continues to call everyday around the same time, it rings once and hangs up.

This phone number called me and I called back to find that it is busy. I don't know this number.

I've missed 3 calls from this number, im not even an Adult so I cant have debt.

I have blocked this number but it still goes to my voice mail. I don't have any debt in collections. They call all the time. At least a few times a week. When I see I have a voice mail and no missed calls, I know it's them. I have never even listened to the whole voice mail cause I know it's crap!

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
