- Evy| 1 replyI got a call at 1:00 am this morning. Caller ID said "RESET". It was an automated machine telling me to push number three on the dial pad to connect me with "fraud" department, as our card had been compromised and will be blocked. I hung up and called my son(who I knew was up) and he did research on this told me it was a scam. Their number did come up with the word reset.
- Caller: RESET
- mad womanthis is someone who tells you that you have been selected to reduce your credit card interest rate, I got suspicious when the lady asked for the last 4 digets of my social. I called my credit card company, it is a SCAM!

- RaulWe received a call from the 701-509-8703 number claiming that it was the fraud department and that my account was blocked and to press 1. Just like the entry above. First of all, our bank that we do have a MC debit card with does not even have our home number and it is not in ND. The caller ID also showed a number 1444 before the number. We entered a phony card number to see what would happen but the system got "upset" saying it was not a valid card number.
- Caller: Master Card Fraud Department
- TWI received a call last night at 10:20pm from this number. It said that my bank account has been locked, to press number 1 to talk to somebody about it. I hung up. I researched the number this morning, It seems that if you press a number they can get information and people are warned not to press any numbers.
- Caller: Scam
- TW replies to EvyMine also said RESET.
- dbleoangelGot one while at work but missed the call, no msg. I do not answer calls I do not know- cell or home. No msg left then its not that important!

- JFGot a call at 2:45AM claiming that my Sovereign Bank debit card had been locked. I don't have an account there so I hung up. I also don't think any company would call be at 2:45AM so I was extra suspicious. I guess they want people to be groggy and just go along with it.
- Caller: Sovereign Bank
