They called earlier, didn't answer. Second time I answered and it was t-mobile customer support follow up. I changed service today and they had a few questions. Won't answer NEXT TIME !  :)

They called me this morning I answered and then hung up...I guess the common string is t mobile cuz I spoke to them about an hour before...

Igot a call from this number, I return the call and got a recording which was not very clear. Why are they calling?

im a tmobile customer. i tried to switch my plan online yesterday and thats when the calls starting happening. i called tmobile this morning. whomever this number belongs to have called several times today without saying anything.

I never answer for calls I don't recognize.  They called twice today (0800, 1100) and didn't leave a message.  I changed my personal greeting for them only (Google voice) to tell them to leave a message so I know who they are so I can answer next time.  My answering machine greeted them with this message the third time they called (1400), but they still did not leave a message.

It's a Tmobile  survey to find out about and rate your experience with the customer reps.

Called my cell phone - no one answered. I called the number back - silence - no ringing just silence -  then the call was disconnected.

I got a call from this # 702-576-0460 last night.  I did not recognize the # so I did not answer.  No message was left.  I looked on line this morning to see if I could find out who it was.  All I found out was that the area code is for Las Vegas.  I also keep getting texts from 818-483-5663 saying to call Mazuma Credit Union...blah, blah, blah.
What is really going on with all these happening within the last 17 hours?!?!

702 called my cell @ 8:30 am and 11:40 am this morning. I have no contacts in Vegas, my no. is featured as a private no. I can't explain how they obtained it, les tmobile sells their customer's cell nos.

I got two calls from this 702 number. For the previous poster...I also got an email message from Mazuma Credit Union. I don't have an account with them. I called T-Mobile and asked how to block this e-mail to my phone. T-Mobile representative walked me through all the steps to set up a filter. Really nice.

I also called Mazuma. They have a recorded message stating that the email you are getting to your phone is NOT from Mazuma but a phishing scam trying to get you to give up personal information.

The 702 number may be a follow up call. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer.

Contacted T-mobile in regards to number...they confirmed it is a surveyor calling to get our experience from a previous call to Customer Service.

I just got a call from that number about 5 minutes ago.  I didn't answer.  They never left a message either.

They called me 4 times today and never once did anyone say anything just listened and then hung up on me....weird

I got a call from this number today at 12:54 p.m.; 3:27 p.m. and 5:58 p.m. Central time.  I have yet to answer because I don't answer strange numbers with out-of-state area codes.  Very annoying...(I do have a T-Mobile blackberry phone and it seems the general concensus is that the calls are from T-Mobile...I can't confirm that this is true because I have yet to answer.)

just finished changing demographic info with t mobile and approx. 1 hour later I got a 20 second silent call and then a hang up - it must be some sort of automated check after the company has been contacted for what ever reason

Yep, I had to get the PUK code for my sons phone earlier today and while I still have his phone with me at work there have been 3 missed calls from the above number. I plan to answer the next one so we can see what happens. I'll let ya know. Kind of irritated since my son is a minor and I am on a T-Mobile family plan with my line listed as the Parent account and primary account holder. Shouldn't they call the account holder, not my child...
