It was T-Mobile customer care center. I had the same calls and they call after they send your phone a text message. So, If you purchused or recieved a new phone they will call.

I have had several missed calls from them and no message left. All i know is 702 is out of Nevada.

Same thing happened to me and I freaked because I accidentally posted my number on Facebook last night AND (coincidentally) I have an ex-husband in LV... The calls started first thing this morning.  I'm inscensed that this service doesn't have the courtesy of leaving a message or TMobile doesn't bother notifying their customer DURING the Customer Svc call to EXPECT a call from a NV company.

They wanted to do a customer care survey

I also received a call from this phone number and called them back.  Automated system said their name was "pinpoint research" and they were calling to see if I was interested in leaving my opinion/feed back for my recent experience with t-mobile customer care department.  If so, was asked to contact 1-866-923-0929 to continue with the survey.  They also said "they are not telemarketers and have a right to call you regarding this matter, therefore the do-not-call law does not apply to them."  However, if you do wish to be removed from such future calls, then please contact them at 1-866-923-0929 to  be removed from these types of calls.  I hope this helps eveyone else out.  :)

Called twice today no one there and when i called back it said the number didn't go through. ANNOYING

I called T mobile Thursday night because my daughter's phone wasn't receiving any calls or text's they told me that they would fix it and that they would check back on it Monday morning, instead I received 2 calls from this number I answered both calls, and it was like they were just listening and than hung up is like they are trying to waste my minutes.

I also keep getting calls from this number and I too am a T-Mobile customer. I have great T-Mobile customer service but their survey company SUCKS! They never answer on the other end on the times I have answered! BTW, I too recently upgraded my T-Mobile phone. If they don't stop calling I am about to drop my service for harassment, and I have been a customer for 11 years! I think in my state that might make the new 2 year renewal plan null and void!

They call to often I'm sure its from call faker from android market app. Sucks!

I called 702.576.0460 and the number is Pinpoint Research calling for Tmobile for a survey on interaction with their TMobile's customer care center.  The recording says that they are allowed to call per the Fed and State DNC rules.

Call 866.923.0929 to take their survey - you must put in your cell number to complete the survey.

To be placed on their internal DNC, call 866.923.0455 and put in your cell number.

I have the same thing; a T*Mobile BlackBerry.  Very annoying.  Happens frequently.

They called very early in the a.m. and no voicemail was left....I did called tmobile at 1:00 a.m. so that might be it

OH - T- MOBILE is so $#@&% STUPID!!!!!! I CONSTANTLY get 129 texts (because I have a voice mail, or a "Visual Voice Mail" so... Thats fine, why ae you texting me to tell me I have something ELSE sent to my phone. Now this. If its a customer survey (And I bleive thats correct, as I did call in a service call today) DON'T FREAKING HANG UP!!!! WTF is WRONG WITH T-MOBILE? These kind of calls fall into the category of "harrasment" (granted it's actually benign, but you don't call a CELL PHONE, with NO CALLER ID, then when the recipent does not answer (why WOULD THEY... THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHO THE CALL IS FROM?) they HANG UP?

WITHOUT leaving a message. This shows one (of many) reasons why T-Mobile is NOT in the same class as AT&T or Verizon. Those companies may be more expensive, and are not without their own "issues" but they understand some VERY BASIC principles.

I amon MY THIRD phone number change form T-Mobile. If I get a few more unidentified calls and wring numbers, guess what? I will be demanding ANOTHER new number.

All which could e avoided by a)Tracking when a number went out of service, and b) Not doing assinine things like hang-ups on your OWN CUSTOMERS. ARRRRGGGHHHHH!!!!!

Definately a call from T-Mobile. I would have never answered if it was not for this forum because they do not leave message.

I did not recognize the number and didn't answer the phone. No message from the caller was left in my voicemail.

It's Pinpoint reseach doing a survey for T-Mobile. You can call 1-866-923-0455 and get your number removed.

You must dial 611 and call Tmobile to request being removed from their SURVEY CALLING LIST.

It takes up to 24 hrs to remove your number - but the 702 calls will stop

pay your phone bill and they wont call

they just called me n yes its a survey and i called it back after reading ppls blogs n it does give you a recording with a # to call to take the survey n as well a # to block it which is also posted in these blogs
