i didnt answer but theyve called twice today. and i also did talk to a t mobile operator today to change my cell phone plan down to 500 minutes a monthl. so this 702 number would be charged. therefore i dont need to answer it....lol

I don't answer calls I don't know.  They never leave a message.  I don't ever call them back.

Check your call log. If you see this number and get a request to take a servey it may be an attempt to locate you by law enforcement, or the cell company.

This number is a number based out of Las Vegas, NV for a company by the name of Pinpoint Research.

They conduct customer surveys on behalf of Tmobile. They are contacting you because you recently had some sort of recent interaction with Tmob (ordered a new phone, called tech support, etc) and are attempting to have you rate the quality of service of the interaction.

Keeps calling me and not leaving a message. I wish they would stop!

I answered this call once..figuring it was my friend who lives in Vegas..Wasn't her. It wasn't anyone. Very strange. So now I don't answer it.

this number called me 7 times, and when i called back, it was saying my call did not go through....weird

I got off the phone with a T-Mobile rep. an she told me that this number is not with them.

I have T-Mobile as well....I didn't answer....They didn't leave message...

they called & did not leave a message. I had to call back 3 times to get a recording that stated the call was to complete a customer care survey for TMOBILE. I called them this morning with some billing/technical issues.

That's completely crazy because how do they get your telephone & know that you called Tmobile customer care? If this number is not associated with Tmobile then what other information can they get hold of from Tmobile records; addresses, social security #'s.

06/10/2010 This number is Pin Point Research. They do call backs/surveys to find out if you were satisfied with the call you made earlier to Tmobile.

Yes, I also called T-Mobile about a problem with my phone, and about 2 hours later this number called me.

T-Mobile customer. I received 2 calls today from this number. No message & I blocked text messages today so no text. Very odd this started right after I called T-Mobile. From reading the other posts, I'm seeing a definite pattern between T-Mobile & this telephone number.

I called T-mobile and made changes this morning to my account and now this number called me, is there some connection? What does T-mobile say? I didn't answer and they left no message.
