I got a call i will fix thie [***] harassment calls .

What has this got to do with anything?  How does this information help with the "Discount Center" phone spam/scam?  Are you saying these guys are behind it?  Got proof?

The company is called Montage Financial and their address is 3580 Wilshire Blvd. #1170 the owner who does the illegal robocalling is harash.

I do not know if this Arlene is the Luczak that the one that has ties to this phone number.

Yes, I agree with Steven, I have known Joshua Tomeoni for over 7 years. He is a young man with exceptional integrity and intelligence. I read somewhere that pressing *#0 (star, pound, zero button, and then hang up) when you answer the call sends an "error" message to the telemarketer calling system and it removes your number from their list. I've tried it myself and it takes a few calls before the unwanted calls stop. The star, pound, zero method won't work if the telemarketer manually dials your number; it only supposedly works on "auto-dial" systems.

Everyone that gets these calls should also go to the Do Not Call Registry website and submit a complaint.  While each individual complaint is not investigated or follow-up on, it will help them to take action when and if enough people submit compliants against either the number (the # used when they called me was 801-747-8997...out of Salt lake City) or the company name (Energy Discount Center when they called me).
