i got the same calls too.  unless you're buying my car, don't call me to offer to sell it.  what do you think i am, stupid?  i can't sell my own car!  you're all idiots.  go get a real job and leave the car selling to the person who owns the car.

Then respect the people and only limit your calls to once every few days. If the customer that you respect so much does not call you, then they are not interested. Listed my car last night and you've already called twice. It hasn't even been a full 24hrs!!!

That's funny, I have received three calls in the last 48 hrs one of which came today after I told your rep yesterday I did not need your help and to not call again.  Knock it off.

If you post your number to an ad it is called iminate domain and therefore they can call, if it is regarding what you posted.

just got a call from 702-990-7883 again. Get them several times a day; after listing a vehicle for sale on auto trader. ridiculous. Someone should shut these guys down. Word to their mutha.

received this call 2 days ago, I have never posted my cell number anywhere, I am very paranoid, 5 minutes after the call from 702-990-7883 I got a call from 702-685-9826 with the exact same message, on both I hit option 9 to be put on the DNC list, today (almost 48 hours later) I get a call from both again within 5 minutes of each other. Kind of suspicious timing isn't it Jamie? your competitor seems to know EXACTLY when you call? And you are so defensive over the fact that you are doing things legally, yet I never posted my number and I am on the DNC list. Maybe I will edit my autotrader ad to show some phone numbers of say the attorney general of Nevada or the county commerce board that controls business licensing on East Tropicana Ave.

If you put your number on an ad in public such as a paper or a website, anyone can call you.

I would urge everyone to file a complaint at the FCC site, I am sure they have limited resources and will respond only to the largest violators.

I'm not a lawyer, don't know if it's a gray area that I posted my number on Autotrader and now getting USA Motor Sales calls. But isn't one call enough?

Jamie, you interested in responding to this? Why did I get 3 calls from the below numbers in one day with the same message left? My time is valuable, my phone is my business, and if it's wasted any further that is negligence and damages, and whether I win or not, it's a lawsuit. Call people once, then leave them alone.

I had a pretty good experience. They took two weeks to sell my car and they got up2drive to get the vehicle financed.   Sorry didnt work for you guys but i had good service.

They took about a month for my car..It sold tho.
They always answered the phone when i called to and told me how many hits i had.  You call them and they will give you an update on all activity, worked well.

Me too - I have a vehicle listed on Kijiji.  I specifically said NO THIRD PARTY AGENTS yet I am getting TONS of calls from all over the US.  In Canada, it is illegal to solicit this way now that we have a do not call list.

USA motor sales called me too.
Calling people on the national do not call list is a violation of FTC law. File a complaint here https://www.donotcall.gov and the company can be fined maybe $10,000 per violation, not sure if thats how it still works but this is the best way to get them to stop.

These people are child molesters doing time in prison  ,  they some how got a job doing phone work.

They called twice today. First time I hit 9 to remove my number from the caller list.  That worked so well I received a second call. This time I hit "0" to speak to a person.  Someone picked up shortly there after and I chewed him out. He said my number was publicly available and I said there is no way.  He took down my number and said he would place it on the "Do Not Call" list. If he calls again, he is going to get chewed out again.

Awful phone spammers.
