If your phone number is listed online then anyone can access it! This company buys phone numbers from other companies... like the ones you list your stuff with! If you dont want any help selling your car then put an email address down and then you call the person who is interested!! It is called common sence! So if you are tired of the phone calls please put down an email address call up that phone number and be put on THEIR do not call list! If you are on the national do not call list they can not help you if you plaster your phone number all over the internet!!! Come on people lets us a little thing called our brain!!!

This is how they sell their crappy service. they find your # from an ad of something you are selling. then they call a million times, even if you are on the do not call list. so make a complaint online with the FTC @ https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx . After being jerked around from some smart a** I told him I didn't need his help and told him not to call me again. He laughed and said, "sure".

keep calling my cell phone, and leaving no message. i had a car for sale on craigs list. funny thing is i never put my cell number for a contact.

Called me late in the evening and no one was there.  Called back and it is premier auto sales.  I have my car in the autotrader so they probably got my number there.

i listed my car on autotrader and these clowns called me, too.

Yup, I'm getting the calls to. My car was on autotrader and thanks to this board i now know who has been calling me. Total [***].

I received a phone call from OSM two days after posting my car on Autotrader.com and after two automated cold calls I finally spoke with someone and told them they are to put my name on a do not call list and that because my phone number is on a National Do Not Call list that despite my posting it on my ad allows for buyers to call me, it does not allow them to call me to try and sell their advertising package.  The customer service rep chewed me out trying to say how I breached the NDCL by posting my number.  But in reality OSM broke the law.  Well not three weeks later I received another cold call from them.  This time I required to speak to a manager/superviser immediately and after doing so, I was put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up.  In otherwords, they put me on hold until I got annoyed and hung up so I would go away.

I have filed three complaints with the government about this company and after doing several internet searches I have also filed a formal complaint with the BBB.

I urge anyone who has fallen for this scam or anyone who has been pestered to do the same thing.  Especially file a complaint by putting your number on the do not call list so that when they receive enough complaints the Federal government will step in and revoke their business liscence and quite possibly put the owner in jail.
