Recieved two calls from this number about 10 minutes apart on my cell phone. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. If this happens too many times I will probably call my carrier to have number blocked as well.(Verizon)

My number was supposedly listed as someone else's contact number.  I beleive it was a collections call for Capital One.  The man said that he was calling from NCO for Capital One?  I believe that is a debt collections agency calling on behalf of Capital One.

I told him that the number was incorrect.  I will wait and see if they continue to call.  The representative I spoke with was kind, so I doubt that I will have any issues.  These things happen, so I can't blame it on NCO for having the wrong number.

Im in Louisiana and I am getting calls from this number on a daily basis.  I have called NCO and they claim they do not even have my number.  It is getting very annoying.

NCO has called twice today asking for a "Lynette".  I told them to stop calling and they have the wrong number.  I keep filing complaints with the FTC but they have not done anything.  AT&T is completly useless in helping.  Sad that Verizon can block a call but AT&T cannot.

NCO Financial calls and when you answer you're told to wait for the next available rep. I always hang up and they always call back, up to 3 times a day everyday.

Caller Id said NCO Financial.  I didn't answer since I am not familiar with the number or the company.

the number is always from area code 703.....and they call at least one time per day.  it is of course VERY annoying.  Thank GOD for caller ID  ......I only answered it one time and it was a recording saying I needed to follow instructions.....ANNOYING   I had put my phone number on a "no call"
list but I still recieve these phone calls

They call every day. ID recognizes their number, so we just pick up and hang up.

this company is ruthless. I get at least 4-8 calls from this number a day. never anyone on the other end when you pick up. operator picks up and says hold. I do have cell phone minutes and will not be wasteful with a machine on the other end

Since 8/1 have rec'd over 76 calls from this number.  Sometimes 5-8 times a day.  They claim to be NCO and calling to collect for Verizon, WHICH I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH!  They also use 240 area codes and are very rude, threatening to have the sheriff's knock on our door.  They are NOT legitimate accounts.  If they were, they're probably over 10yrs old and were sold to them by another company, which they can never provide information on.  Keep blocking them or filing complaints

have been receiving several calls from the numbers 2402107142 and 7036569956 on my cell phone and answered and was told to hold and did not hold and looked up #'s on line and they are from Capital Bank and I do not have an account with them.

I've tried answering these calls, and the call always ends up disconnecting before anyone comes on the other end of the line.

I have experienced NCO calls on behalf of Capitol One for a while about 5 different numbers.  I did have a little past due issue that was taken care of over a month ago.  I sent a message to Capitol One day before yesterday that I wanted the calls to stop or I was going to report them to the FCC.  They assured me they would.  What a joke.  Or they are super slow about stopping it.  I just got a call from this number which is all New to the list I had previously.  I am going to pay off CAP/ONE and they will never get another dime of my dough.  EVER....what a pain in the butt.  I can understand when I was a late but my gosh when it is current leave us alone.

They have called me for the past 2 days.  I told them I wasn't the person they're looking for. I was told my number would be removed, but they're still calling.  I am tired of them!

Got the phone call, picked up and rec'd recording saying "all available agents are with other callers."  I don't answer the phone to be put on hold so I hung up.  I called the number and talked to an agent who said that this number was listed for someone other than myself.  I've had this number for over a decade.

Whatever; they said they'd remove and hopefully they will.
