NCO also has a Maryland Number:  410-202-0069.  Just to give everyone heads up.  As for the 703-656-9956 number, the Caller ID lists the number as Maassas VA.

They are alwys calling looking for "Martin" who apparently had this phone number previously.  I hang up, or tell them to stop calling, then I get a same call from a different number.  Is there no way to stop this?

I believe this number & the 609-373-1904 are the same company. I have an ap that tells me the name and number of who is calling me and from where. It says its "The President"...after reading entries from this number and the other, I believe its all a scam.

They are calling me AND my father relentlessly. I haven't lived with my father for 20 years.

I have the same complaint as everyone else, these Capitol One corporate creeps robotically call your number for no apparent reason. It's rude & annoying, but I guess that's what being an [***] is all about.

They keep calling my MIL and harrasing her saying they are looking for me.  I guess they dont have my number.  They call her every day and threaten her.  She finally gave me the # off her caller ID and I googled it to see who it was.  I dont know why they are calling and dont really want to call them because I will tell them off.

NCO calling for Capital One to update my information.  I don't have a Capital One account and when they asked me if I was born in 1965 I said no.  To their defense there are several people with my exact name living in a five mile area of me....I get collection calls all the time for these [***]!!!  Anyhow the guy said that he would have my name removed from the list within 48 hours.  If this does not happen I will reupdate my post.

this number calls my cell several times a day in error! how do you stop them!!!!!!

They are persistent little buggers. in comcast use #60 to block number, you block up to 12 numbers on your own

Numerous calls- no messages- hangs up when I pick up.  Will report them to the Do Not Call registry.

Then you would be a company, and would not have to ask permission to record any phone call made to you, regardless of state law for individuals.

They call my cell phone repeated of late.  As answering my cell costs me money, I don't answer any number I don't recognize.  They do not leave messages.  They started calling once per day.  Then they moved up to twice per day, then every four hours.  The last week has been roughly every two hours, but as frequently as every 90 minutes.

They have yet to leave a message.

I am going to my phone provider today to see if it is possible to get their number blocked.

NCO has been calling my private home number 6 times daily. They have called me over 120 times asking for someone I don't know. I have told them this and not to call me,but they are rude and accuse me of lying. How do I stop this nightmare???

This is one of numerous numbers that Nco uses to harass people. I get them on the hour all day. I'm convinced that have a caller machine that they program to call. Don't answer it because I believe your phone call (cell) will be charged. I'm just put my phone on vibrate and then I erase the calls. Bothersome to some but I don't let crap like this bother me. It's not bothering them so live with it or get a new phone number.

Its Capital One Credit services. And you are correct, they don't leave any information pertaining to who they are. I called this number that showed up on my parents caller I.D. from my computer(Can't be traced) Sure enough, Capital One. Soooooo   WHAT'S IN YOUR WALLET LOL!

Terribly annoying - but I think that's the whole point.  Just looked at my caller ID and, as an example, this company called six times on November 21st within a 6 hour period. I would be happy to talk with someone, but as others have indicated here, there is no message and always a recording or they hang up when there is no answer on your end.  Not sure what they hope to accomplish besides "wearing you down" with relentless calling.

It's Capital One Credit Card Services. If you have the card, or a family member may owe money. I would suggest you attempt to make a partial payment. Times are very tough for everybody. Your credit score is so important. The hardship programs that are available can lower your interest rate. But, your allowable credit limit may be slashed in half. The credit card and lending game is a tough one to play. The odds are stacked against us. I pay a PMI Insurance on my mortgage. I thought it protected me if I were to default. Nope! It protects the bank. Life is tough...

It is a credit card company, Capital One, looking for someone else with a different first name, and had this cell number for 8 years. I had an acct with them years ago and its paid and closed,  I called them back and asked them to remove me.  ALso found out that Credit Bureaus are sending out our info to paying companies for anyone paying high interest credit accounts.  I do have one with Chase, that will be paid off in 2 months.  Won't do business with that company again.  They said they would remove my number and it should take up to 48 hours before the calls stop.  THis is terrible telemarketing strategy since I have received 4 different companies calling for the same thing, an offer to reduce the rate and save you money! DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY CONTINUE TO IGNORE THE DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!!
