suck it !!!

I had a robot call me from 703-656-9965 and put me immediately on hold. I left the phone on speaker and went about my business. After 20 minutes I couldn't stand the music on hold so I hung up.

I want to call them back, put them on hold, and force them to listen to "It's a small small world" over and over and over and over ....

i have never given my cell phone number out. i just got it in march 2011. they filled up my voicemail on hold twice when i left my cell phone off. if i reject they dont leave message. and i start my outgoing meassage with SIT tones.

i think, according to the FDCPA, it is illegal for debt collectors to call cell phones as it makes the amount owed higher having to spend cell phone $. basically it is making the debt more without going through proper legal channels, which is a no no. so thell them they are calling a cell phone and you think they are in violation of FDCPA.

You may still have a moral obligation to pay back an old, forgotten debt, but you can't be sued over it. Any debt collector who threatens to sue you over a debt that is beyond the statute of limitation in your state is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

early this morning shortly after 0800, another call no message left.  I cannot imagine how many area codes are connected to this company....stop calling.

i talk to them like they are a sex operator and they hang up

Called me at 9 this morning and left a 6 min voicemail playing music and saying someone would speak to me shortly.

I get 2-4 messages from them a day.  They need to leave me alone. I do not even know why they are calling me or the people that they say they are looking for.

This is spam people... they are trying to get you to confirm any personal details you can and are being sneaky about it... they are after your $...... this is not a business! This is not a long lost relative! This is Spam ! This happened to my ex husband when we dated. As a precaution he was advised to change his accounts. It all happened do to someone hacking into his paypal account.

I keep getting calls at all hours. They never leave a messae. I answered once, but no one spoke.

My phone number has been on the do not call list since it started.

Got a call from this debt collector and notified them there was a "Cease and Desist" order for Capital One, but they continue to call anyhow. My mom called the number 703-656-9956 back and a man answered and stated that the number was his personal cell phone number and he was not connected to NCO Financial or Capital One in any way. Just got another call from NCO Financial minutes ago, but this time the number comes up as 804-234-9068.

Calls everyday never leaves a message answers but he wouldn't tell me the nature of the call hung up asked Mr if I was my mom now I knew he was looking for the wrong person she don't have any bills no credit cards do I knew he was trying to sell or wanting a reference for someone but he hung up on my mom when he called back for her she ask him why he keeps calling and he hung up
