Get these calls frequently! Have asked to be put on their do not call list, which obviously does no good!! Plus they seem to change phone numbers fairly often! What is really funny is that I have no credit card!!!! What really irks me is that I'm on the national do-not-call list, as are many others, and still get their calls! Reporting them has done absolutely no good!!!

The "card services" scammers use all spoofed (false) numbers to avoid being located and prosecuted, and change them often, once "the word gets out", on a specific number. Outright criminals, such as these druggies, do not obey the do not call list or any other laws! The absolute worst mistake a person can make, is to either push any number, or call them back to request to have their number removed from their calling list, as this will lead to increased calling, from them, and other associates lowlifes. They use a "robodialer",which dials numbers in a sequential order. In most instances, they have no idea if we have a credit card or not, they just wait until someone who does have one , answers, and can be fooled into giving them their card number, so they can use it for their own purposes---drugs.

Keep getting calls from this number....every time I ask to be taken off their call list I get hung up on.  Got a call today from Kari.  Finally added their number to my call reject list...actually any number starting with 703 has been added to my reject list.  Personally I'd like to know how these people obtained my number in the first place since I NEVER give it out!

Different number calls. They keep calling even though registered on the national do not call list.

If only there was a way to stop these calls to my home phone and cell phone!  Like others, I have engaged them in conversation to waste their time.  Unfortunately, that also means wasting my time.  I'm currently looking for a very loud
whistle that I will blow after opening a conversation with one of their Service Providers.  It won't stop them but perhaps it will slow them down.  I have been known to yell over the phone but I think the whistle will be quite a bit more effective.    

January 13, 2014 - Just received a call from this number on my cell. I answered but said nothing. No one spoke or even appeared to be on the other end...then I heard a disconnection sound. I called the number back from my office desk phone and heard this voice mail: "I'm sorry, you have reached a number that is disconnected or no longer in service."  If this is the case, why did this number show up on my caller ID??

SCAM never leave message when you call back it say no longer in service.

These guys frequently call... They are likely breaking the law as it is a robo-call. You press "1" to speak to a live operator or "3" to be "removed" from their "list," of course ONLY at the very end of the "message"....

what can be done to stop these calls

Getting calls all the time, like every 2 to 3 days, when they awnser i start talking dirty to them. Either male or female. I ask about what color and kind of underware they have on, grooming habbits etc.

I didn't answer this call, but I have answered another that I was already aware of, I answered "FBI call Fraud division, how may I help you." They hung up and I never received another call from that number again.

Just got a call from this number.  As usual, as soon as I start asking questions they hung up on me.

best advice given here is to make the phone number a contact such as spam3 and then block it.  No need to get upset and use childish routines.
