Received two calls from this number today on my cell phone.  Neither time did they leave a message.

They call  often, sometimes  twice a day something about u.s. insurance

its someone selling insurance

They call a couple times a week, i just pick up speak some obscenities and they hang up. Trollin the trolls. Sometimes I'll. Answer: tthank you for calling Bob's Slaughter House, you drop 'em, we chop 'em!

Called a couple of times, first it is a recording of a woman, I think it was "Christine", then an actual woman comes on and she says she is from American insurance or something I've never heard of, to offer a discount on insurance. First call I told her I didn't have a car so she wanted to talk to anyone in the household that did, said there was no one. Second call I told her not to call,  and they continue to call, but now the call ends when I answer. Call back and it's a busy signal.

I keep getting calls from this number, 2 today and at least 5 or 6 a week, maybe more. I do not answer calls I do not recognize, very annoying. I will try to call in a report on this. I thought of answering and blowing a loud whistle in their ear in the middle of conversation if it is a real person. My Mother taught me this many years ago. You might want to try this if you are on the no call list and are  receiving annoying calls, it seemed to work for her.

I got this call tonight from a lady claiming to be returning a vehicle insurance request that I never asked for. She said it only takes a couple mins. I said I guess and she proceeded by asking how to spell my first and last name then I realized it was computerized and gave false info and it hung up. When calling the number back it doesn't work.  

I googled the number and found the following. This i got from something called privacy star. It's also in Facebook. They have been getting calls from this same
Number. They say its telemarketing & the owner of the number is Scott Cruiksha.  

This number called me four times today!  

This number 704 247 4057 has called my cell phone 13 times in the pas 3 days. I answer the call they say there name is Ashley or Katie from united insurance then they hang up...

Tey call many times a day and never leave messages. I answered tody and they wanted to send me car insurance quotes. Sorry i would call them if wanted a quote.they said they will remove our number but we will see.

Rec'd 9 calls in one day.......I answered none.....There must be a way to stop these people....Called Verizon.....They wanted to charge to block this number!

The number 704-247-4057 called me at 10:07 p.m. Which is illegal to begin with.  They acted like I called them, Then they turned around and asked if they can speak with anyone about auto insurance. I said that I don't have a car. They said that they cand call back another time.  I tried to tell them that they don't understand, I don't have a car and do not want them to ever call me back, but they hung up before I was able too. So sick of spammers...

I have been receiving phone calls from this number (704)247-4057 for the past 2 days.  Sometimes they have called more than once during the day.  Most likely this phone number is linked to a bogus company that solicits people for bogus charities.  They try to get you to send money for a charity that does not exist.  The company is called CallerID4U.  I reported them last year and the phone calls ceased, but are now starting again.  They are nothing but harassing calls.  When they call, they do not say anything, but I have taken a different approach with them when they call.  I blow a whistle in to the phone now.  You can contact the FTC and report them.  

I answered after the 5th phone call of the day. Right when I said "hello" a gal on the other end responded "hi..this is Katy from United Insurance". Once I responded back, she hung up. Weird.

called twice within 10 min--answered second call.  Stated they were an insurance co and wanted to send me a "free, no obligation insurance quote"  No thank you

Just did what you recommended and blocked their number. I hope it works.
