While this has nothing to do directly with this number, I'm adding to the blocking part. I get a call from this man, whom I've told twice not to call as it's my cell phone and I pay for the minutes, so frequently that I saved his number on my phone with his own ring tone and the name "JERK". So now I hear the ring tone, see "JERK" and hit decline. He just didn't get the message and probably never will. And landline or cell phone,,,,,STOP CALLING, JERK!

This company calls saying that they are municipal office because they put the word "Municipal" in their name. This is not the court system, it is no more than a regular collection agency that is trying to collect a debt. if they call while you are at work or are harassing you other times just reply with the fact that they are violating the FDCPA and your willing to press charges if the actions are not ceased.

These idiots called my house this morning, claiming that there was a "municipal violation" and I needed to call them back.  When I returned the call (knowing full well that there was no violation in Illinois - we live in Washington), I asked what MCOA was, what the initials stood for, and who they were.  They refused to tell me.  When I threatened to report them to the authorities, they apologized, told me they would take my phone number off their list (?) and then hung up on me.  I reported them anyway.

It really is very easy. You go to the web site (you should once a year anyway) for the credit report and click the button next to the item in dispute. You then provide information for dispute and can upload or fax documents. I did this and had several military debts (that they were dragging feet on) plus s medical debt removed within 30 days. Easy peasy.

This was a 2nd call to our unlisted number, after we received this message on same line: "Enforcement system citation issued by Forest Heights Maryland. Please return our call at 877-751-7115 Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM Central standard Time. Thank you."   The call had to be a random dial.  We've never been to FH, Md.  There was no explanation of the company name.  I listened long enough to see that it was the same number and hung up. SCAM !

This number called various times and ask for someone and didn't leave a message only the number to call. I someone did owe to a municipality, wouldn't the city or village mail a copy of a picture violation? This is suspicious and I recommend not to give any information what so ever.  The number was 708-455-4046.

This number keeps calling me asking for my fiance saying he owes money for a traffic violation and wants almost $2000 from him if he doesn't pay they will have him arrested... This happened last year and we are not falling for this scam again

MCOA per caller ID.   Left a msg that someone had a parking ticket in Foley Beach, SC. and to call 877-751-7115.  We will be blocking BOTH phone numbers.  We did not respond to this call.  Probably looking for a credit card # -- IN THEIR DREAMS!!!

Had a voicemail saying to please call about a red light camera violation.  Oh yeah,  well you called a business,  not an individual and nobody here has a red light camera violation  so bite me.

Got a call from this number today.  Caller ID said MCOA.  A woman by the name of Tina left a message asking for a Raymond Simmons Jr.(not me).  She talked very fast and said it requires your immediate attention and needs a call back today.  Couldn't make out the reason for her call, she talked so fast.

Called saying I needed to return call. Nope.

Got a call from 708-455-4046 saying the company was MCOA.

A woman called from this number asking for for my brother who died 6 months ago. Not sure how they got my number but it was very disturbing and disgusting to have to deal with this.

Received phone call from 708-455-4046 on my cell phone  I think a scam in disquise as a govt worker or billing.  I owe nothing - I want this stopped on the cell phones!
