This number is also being used by ACN which is a network marketing, MLM, pyramid scheme type company. There's a guy in San Diego who is responsible for getting a bunch of people involved in this scheme, so if you live in San Diego watch out for a guy named Nekoda Bragg and all his little cronies that take his word as gospel.

Here is an example of the messages he sends out... "I'm so excited about the product training call tonight @ 655PM PST. DIAL 7124320075 pin 251806# featuring Liz Macneil ACN Cooperate Marketing & Training Mgr!!" --- Text message from ACN RVP Nekoda Bragg.

He's always trying to pump people up to listen to these BS telephone calls and attend cult meetings. I can't stand that sleaze ball.

I never called this number, but I have 25 minute call TO them on my phone bill.  I was at work during the time this call was made, and no one else was home (except two dogs).  I have an answering machine which may have picked up the call but not dial call.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

I have to call my phone company and have them take it off the bill, I hope.

No one is saying that the company providing the services for a conference call is a scam, but the fact the person/s claiming to be an legitimate company is.  As soon as you are hooked up to the person at the other end of the code number you will be charged.  Amount depending on the phone service.  You will not get calls back from this number from another extension offering jobs to you.  You must apply for any one of those jobs individually to get calls from them.  I did the same and did not call and no one has called me back, ever !  I tried looking up the company that posted the jobs for Jobscout on Jobnab.  I cannot find that company online or listed with the area phone company (Florida).  I used the services to have the number looked up in the state that is advertised.  To call a company should not be a secret or so hard to contact.  The only number I get is the conference call number.  By the way the e-mail is also from the same person sending others the same e-mail (stating different company name).  I cannot see the same man claiming to be head of personnel from a dozen or so different companies.

The last 2 months I've found charges on my phone bill from this company. I have no idea who they are or why the charges are on my bill. After researching online, I found this page. I'm sure these are not legitimate charges. We rarely use this phone for anything other than faxes.

I too just got an email, yesterday, from "JobNab" about a position where I had to call: 712-432-0075 with PIN number 400932 with an accompanying slide show at: http://www.jobnabscouts.com/?page=3&action=4& ... d=83118263&tk=0 Of course you can't even see the slide show w/out the code that the person on the other end of the line gives you. I stayed on hold for almost 5min while i was reading the comments from all of you.. good thing i didn't stay on hold much longer, 'waiting for the moderator' of the phone call'.. yeah.. at '$1/min' that they are going to charge me! I have free long distance but if anything else shows up on my bill!! Boy i am going to be livid! I am glad i thought about checking out this phone number while i was calling it!

I recieved an email which I pasted below and upon calling the number, no one ever entered the conference call.  I think that this is a phone scam of some sort and should be investigated as many people may be charged substantial fees for trying to find honest employment.

    The email states:

You recently applied for the Job Scout position with our company, and scheduled a phone conference call to learn more about the position.

This is a reminder that your call is set for today, Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time, and will last approximately one hour. Please be sure that you have access to a quiet room with a computer that has internet access for the duration of this call.

At 9:00 a.m. Central time today, please dial on your phone, 1-712-432-0075 and enter your access code of 420693# when prompted. During the call you will be asked to go to the website http://intro.softrock.org for the accompanying slideshow.

We look forward to the call.

Report the information to IC3.GOV.  This is the computer/telephone fraud site for the FBI.  Or, you can call you local FBI office and file a complaint, However, you will most likely be directed to the IC3.GOV site.
