I have been getting repeated threatening messages left on my answering machine.  I will not answer my phone unless I now the person calling or why they are calling.  I would like to put an end to these calls

I have gotten several calls in the last few weeks with the same message everyone else is getting. A threatening recorded voice saying someone wants my side of the story in a legal action. I won't call back now that I have seen these postings. Sounds like a scam. If I owe anyone money I will be happy to pay it if they just send a bill. I don't like the idea of being threatened as if they need to do that to get money. Most of us value our credit these days and make every attempt to pay our bills.

Call this number and file a complaint against them . Every complaint helps to put the scammers out of business . I just filed a complaint .

this person has called many times, last time 1/22, and leaves a message about some claim against me...I've never returned the call

Received an automated message on home phone from Robert Stovall. Said he had a claim in our name and we needed to contact him to give our side of the story. Did not identify a company name, but Anderson Randolph showed up on the caller ID. The # on caller ID was 713-776-3415 and the toll free # was 866-776-3415.

I got a call with incomplete info (wrong address) wanting money for a medical brace. Guy was very pushy, threating, and would not make any attempt to send me out any info to the correct address. Glad to see that there are others getting the same treatment and inconsideration.

RE: Stovall, Anderson,etc, and TMC Orthopedics :After months of what sounded like harrassing or sales call messages from "Robert Stovall" I contacted the Anderson, Randolph, and Price phone # this to begin harassing them back.  After double-checking with my insurance co., I really did have an unpaid bill from a co-payment from TMC Opthopedics (a real medical equipment co) 2007 that had gone to this collection agency.  TMC and then Anderson, Randolph, Price had my address wrong on all correspondence since 2007.  I've paid the small co-pay plus a small administrative fee.  It seems the problem might be a dyslexic billing person at TMC that started the mess by getting my address wrong in the first place.

left a message, saying they know i am associated w this person, and doesnt even say who.

called saying they were collecting bad check debt, they needed credit card #, or debit card #. i requested them to send it to me in the mail, but he stated it was going to be reported that day by 4pm. i needed to pay or i would never be able to write a check again. they were very demanding and were not willing to give up any info. two different men spoke to me. one was aj and the other was bob

recorded message says this is robert stovall and his office has received a complaint on someone we know and we need to return his call.  he never says who he is trying to reach.

I too am receiving the same recorded message from "Robert Stovall".  I do not call back as it seems that they would know and state my name if this was a legit call.  I am really tired of these calls - they occur about every two - three days.

I have been receiving phone calls from this number for about a month now. Similiar to the other posts, the man I spoke to was extremely vague and rude, while asking questions he should have already known if he was collecting on a debt. He called to collect a debt from a medical equipment company for an arm brace that I received free of charge from my child's orthopaedic surgeon in May of 2008. He said that my insurance company denied the claim and so it was my responsibility, but I never received an EOB nor a bill from the "company".  I called my insurance company and they said there was never a claim for that date of service from that particular medical equipment company. I only spoke with the man one time and have been deleting their continued, annoying phone messages.
