This is almost exactly the situation that happened to me. He claimed that the reason I never received a bill from the equipment company was because they had the incorrect address; but he would not tell me what that incorrect address was. He also threatened that if I did not pay by 4:00 p.m. of the next day that my credit report would be negatively affected.  I never called them back. So aggravating!

As prior complaints, I keep getting a recorded call from Stovall stating a complaint has been filed on a person I know but doesn't give me a name. Tired of calls but not going to call back after reading this board. Thanks people.

Wanted to talk to someone with the same last name as mine saying that person left my phone as a contact number.  Refused to tell me what it was about and requested I have that person contact a Frank Brooks at 1-866-766-3415.  Caller ID showed 1-713-776-3415 Anderson Randolf.

My husband and I keep getting calls weekly from 713-776-3515 stating it is Robert Stovall of The Law Offices of Robert Stovall.They are all recordings, and we have not called back or answered. First it started we have a claim in my office please call back. To there is a claim in my office about someone you know and we need to get in contact with them it is urgent. Now there is a claim in my and it is very important that you call back because we need your side of the story.  I am glad I found this site. Thanks to everyone writing and reporting.  We are going to do the same thing.

Oh.  TMC Orthopedics. They claim I owe them $20, but three times I sent copies showing the insurance company paid it 100%.  Now I get harrassed from these Anderson people.  Maybe we should just forget Anderson and sue TMC.

I have been recieving that same phone call for over a yr. I have never answered but they call at least once a week. What can be done to stop the calls. I have never been to the other places that some of the others on this blog have. I am to the point of getting an unplublished #.

Our company just recieved a call over the switchboard saying there is some claim filed and we need to call 713-776-3415.  I pressed Zero to get more information and they asked me what my # was I told them they had called me and said I should speak to them, when he could not give me any information I told him I would not give him any and just hung up.  This is a collection agency scamming the callers with a threat of a claim against them. Beware.

Caller says he is Robert Stovall, never asked for anyone by name. Simply says he has a case on his desk and that I have knowledge reguarding the person he needs to contact, and it is very important. No other details are ever given. Calls about once a month, two or more times on the weekend. I have considerd filing a complaint with the Huston City Police.

I have had many calls from this Anderson Randolf. The recording is the same (male voice)...Robert Stoval. There is a claim that has been registered here in my office. It is VERY important that I gey YOUR side of the story. Press 0 now to be transferd or you may call 7137763415. PLEASE write this number down 7137763415 or press 0 to be transfered. (female voice)I'm sorry you have taken to long to make a selection. (Then the entire message repeats it self) at the end the female voice adds... You have made too many attemps.

The mans name at the office TODAY iis Mark Mason. This firm get legit bill for your outsatnding overdue bills. Just have them send a letter to you with the Creditor name on it or ask them who they are collecting for then research it. Most medical bills get overlooked and turned into these type firms. They do let you know that they will turn you in to the Credit Union and will if you don't pay your legit bill.

I get these automated threatening calls a couple times a week at my work phone. I may have gotten them at home too but can't remember. this is going on for months now. sometimes I get a threatening soudning recorded message on my Voice Mail from Robert Stovall that there is a claim against me and I need to call back or press zero. It is never a real person always a recording. I have never called them back. I don't deal with recordings. Sounds like a scam to me. If they need to contact me they can use a real person or send a letter. Now what happens if I pick up the phone I hear a female voice say "zero" like to tell the system that there is someone picking up the call. I always hang up.

This company seams to be legit, I called the people they said I oued and it turns out they are a collection company. They must be a darn shady one.

I get calls SEVERAL times a day from 713-776-3415 at my job.  Only once have I had a message and it was a recording stating it was involving someone I know.  Dial "0" or call back and speak with Robert Stovall.

Have been receiving calls from this "Robert Stovall" recording almost daily.  I have attempted to call back but that number always takes me to the same number. I found their website thanks to these posts, and called the number on the site.  A Mr. Stovall does in fact work there, so I told the gentleman my debts are all in good standing if not already paid in full, and I would appreciate no more calls.  He asked if I was Lauren Allman to which I said no.  I asked if that was the name with this number, and I am assuming they had caller ID because I never gave my number, and he said yes. Then he asked if I could have Mrs. Allman call. I said no because I have never known a Mrs. Lauren Allman so he said ok We must have the wrong number and will take care of that immediately.  I said thank you and hung up.

Hope he was sincere...we shall find out tomorrow if/when the next call comes in..........

For the past several days, after 5 pm, we have received recorded calls from this no. asking us to press 0 or return the call.  Have never responded, so have no idea what this is about.

Robert Stoval also has been calling me with the same details of an urgent matter needing to get my side of the story......The orthopedics company in many of these postings is a company and if I am not mistaken they had a computer with lots of records stolen.  I seem to remember recieving a letter from them to let me know they had the records stolen, but its been a year or so since the letter.
My advise,dont pay anyone over the phone. There are too many scams going on.  If it is a legit bill they will mail you a copy and have an address to verify.

I received one call from this firm and promptly answered it by hitting the answer button on the fax machine...so far no more calls have been made. I didn't bother to check and see if they left a message.1-7137763415

Got a message from Robert Stovall also saying he needed for us to call back on information we know on someone.  Didn't give a name or anything.  Think I found his home phone number and address.  Wouldn't it be funny to call him late at night asking him what he needed?  Not that I'm going to stoop to their low tactics but it would be humorous.

Called our number and asked the wife if she knew so and so and she told them no the caller stated that she had put down us down as a relative, again my wife told them no we do not know of that person and the caller asked again did we know that person in El Paso TX again my wife told them NO

I have been getting like 3 or more phone calls, and a few text messages, from these guys for 3 days.  They say it is the office of Robert Stovall and they have a claim in thier office and they need my help to get in touch with the individual.  This is just too wierd, so decided to look it up.  I will file a complaint as well.  Thanks you.
