received call @7pm eastern - didn't answer but called back to get a recording for Bank of America Insurance services.  F these people!  No matter what I do they keep calling!!!

Bank of America keeps calling 2x a day. They keep using different phone numbers, and I keep blocking them. This is the third number they've used to call. I'm off to block it after I researched the number.

It's definitely Bank Of America, and yes they don't leave a voicemail or anything useful. But I have found out that you can stop them from calling using this page:

find between 5-9 missed calls per day from this number and they don't leave a message..very annoying

Caught me eating dinner at 8:45pm. I get cellular calls from friends with a similar area code, so I thought it might be bona fide. But when I answered I got the familiar "May I speak to Mr.(insert name)?" I told him he wasn't home. A friend called the number on her cell phone and got a recording from Bank of America.

Received a calll from this number this morning, they asked for me by names, and when I told them that was James they hung-up

Got call at 8:35pm, said Bank of America.  We have accounts with them, so I answered but just got the pause, then click of an auto-dialer hanging up on me.  I think I hate that more than when they do talk to you!!!

Call every day. I just opted out online and you should to.

So freakin' tired of them.

Got this phone call tonight and last night. Asked for me by name and identified themselves as Bank of America. Display says "cellular phone". I replied, "On a cell phone?? I don't think so"! and hung up. I am also on the do-not-call list. Also, FYI I have received several fradulent e-mails to my att.net account from both "Bank of America" and "Chase" complete with their company logo. If they can forge logos in e-mails - why not forge sound recordings of logos on phone calls??

Yeah I opted out too... apparently it takes 2 billing cycles for the calls to stop... what a joke
