I got a call from this Justin William guy threatening me they had criminal charges against me, that cops are on their way to arrest me . I believe it was scam too.

What these people want from other people. This Justin William guy did not ask me for any money he simply hang up on me!!??

i got a message stating his name was Justin Williams from the IRS and that it was important i call back or i would get a warrant for my arrest...

Report the Calls to the real IRS here:
•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I am having A LOT of fun with this one....

They left me the voicemail saying: we're the IRS ...call us back or a warrant will be issued for your arrest...bla bla bla...when I politely asked that I needed to investigate the validity of this the person got extremely angry and said: "ok well if you want to know the validity...just wait there and in the next few hours you will be arrested!!' These a holes can't even keep it together..as if I needed anything else to reinforce the idea that this was bogus .....now I'm harassing them every chance I get..I must've called them back 20 times today to ridicule them....they almost always hang up on me right away but I did manage to keep one of them on the line for a while while I grilled him on just how sad his life has become to be a part of a scam like this...i asked him "how do you feel knowing where you've ended up in life? Was this how you pictured you'd earn a living?, your parents must be so proud of you" I told him to get a real job and stop f*cking people outta their $!!  ...then he tried to salvage some of his dignity by attempting to say that he is happy with his life....he said: "I make 7,000!!" ..then there was a pause ....I told him he's such an idiot that he couldn't even finish a damn thought...7,000 what? Do they pay u in beans? Bunch of scum...what if someone who is in real bad place actually falls for this...a message like this can possibly drive an unstable person to suicide....i use to crank call the hell outta people growing up and when caller ID came out the fun was over (damn u pacific bell) but now I have a new number to call!!

I also got the Irs Justin Williams call. When I called back phone number is now disconnected.

I person with Indian accent called my husband I told him that he was from IRS and
he will send to a collection office if he didn't pay his taxes.
He told him send me the forms to our address and then this scam person hand out!

This guy called yesterday and told me the same thing that he told all of you i thought i was going to lose my kids This is not funny at all there's has to be a way to catch him ?

They can't be prosecuted by US authorities because they are located in India.  Call blocker is your best bet.

Indian accent a dead giveaway.

I got a call from Justin William IRS 7162428250 punk told me he was going to send police and have me arrested he works for the NYC IRS and I owed 2400 dollars if I called him back a few times and then the call service didn't allow me to call back if any body knows this guy please tell him to [***] [***] and hang up.

The person said that they are with Techs Prime Investigation unit of IRS from Officer Kevin Smith. He asked to call ASAP with the info of my attorney on record. LOTS of background noise, and the called ended with him saying hello, hello then hung up. It was a VM as I did not answer due to unknown phone number.

I pay my taxes each and every year, born during the day but NOT yesterday!

I got the same message from Justin Williams from the IRS he called here 4 times already!! I will try and report it to the above number plus one of my best friends is in security and i will let him know!!!

got a call from area code 716 242 8520. very threatening someone should do something about this phone number.

I got a call from this number from a person speaking very poor english and the message said it was the IRS and if I or my attorney did not return his call they would take legal measures to clear up blah blah blah. Tried to return the call out of curiosity and the number was no longer a working number. All sounds like money scammers as usual. Anyone else hear from this number on your cell phone?

I received a call from 716-242-8250 saying they were the IRS and they needed my lawyers, when I called back he said I needed to have my lawyer call and I had been investigated and he hung up.
