I got two of these calls today.  The first message was from "Officer Eric Foster".  He sounded like he was from India trying to pass of a southern accent.  Poor grammar.  "very urgent", blah blah blah.  "If you don't return this call, then the only thing I can say to you is good luck."    The second call was from Justin Williams.  Same script as Officer Eric Foster except he added that if I don't call back I will be arrested.  Both messages came from the same phone number.  Scammers.  

I got the same message from (716)242-8250 stating they were Officer Eric Foster (at least that what I they said....foreign voice and hard to understand) from the IRS. They said it was time sensitive and My lawyer or I needed to call back immediately or they will be issuing a warrant for my arrest. I called the number back and it was not in service.....creepy!!

Got a call saying they had 4 crimnal charges against me also

me too... 4 warrants out for my arrest apparently

I also got the same exact voicemail. Of course it is a scam, but it only happened once so far.

Got a call from this number and stated that I had a formal complaint filed against me had some IRS calls from the same number
