caller stated he was an officer working a fraud case against me.  phone number is unpublished out of colorado.  caller had a heavy arabian accent, and continously calls.

claiming i owe a dept and going to have me arrested

i received several calls from this phone# stating he's office Jonathan Knight from US Crime Investigation regarding a payday loan....very heavy indian accent with american name.  Claiming to send a team to employer and residence regarding lawsuit.  Said i would be handcuffed, arrested and thrown in jail...i just laughed and asked when they would be at my place of employment or residence so i could be there.  it's a joke for real

OMG!!! this guy keeps calling and wont stop calling me about one of my friends. after telling him stopt calling me and his name does not fit his HEAVY INDIAN accent he started telling me F** u and can i put my D*** in your P***... if anyone knows who these people are please post. he really made me upset and i need to find out who these people are who he thinks he can talk to me like that!!!

I have gotten the same calls they have even called my job

This is a scam - do not fall for it!! They will tell you that you owe money from a prior payday loan.  Sadly, I fell victim to these folks a few years ago and this is their recent scheme.  They are overseas and somehow got a hold of old payday loan records and are trying to scare people into paying money they don't owe.  Please, do not fall for it!

Got my first call today. He had a foreign accent and said his name was John Matthews and he was with the US bureau of dept collection. He had my social security number and had me verify it. He told me i have 45 min to come up with over 2,000 or I would be hand cuffed and carted off to jail for 80 months by my local police. When I asked what for, he told me it was a debt of mine from a pay day loan from years ago. I knew I had no debt anywhere so at this point I played along to get more info. He said if I didnt have it by today we could make a payment plan but not before I worte a letter stating yes the debt was mine and I am willing to pay for it. So again playing along I said ok but what would the payments be? He says 500 every 10 to 14 days. He asked for my bank account number and of course I said no. Told him I didnt have one. So he told me to go to walmart and pick up a pre paid credit card. And to send him the number from it in no less that 30 min or the police would be here to get me and take me to jail. At this point I told him that I KNOW I have no debt and asked him when I should expect the police to be by my house. Thats when he got threatening and told me he knew where my family was and he was going to come to my door and all this other BS. So I asked for his manager. He put me on hold for like 10 sec and came back on claming to be a different person. It was the same guy. I hung the phone up and started to dial my local police. He was calling again before I could even hit enter to make my call. I just let the phone ring and serched the number on the internet. Thats how I found my way here. I turned in his name and number to my local police. The number comes from Colorado so I contacted them too.

Report the calls to you local police. He has been reported ALOT!!  Did he ever theratened you or your family?

I am leaving this msg to the people who making comments over our department that if you have really a guts then call me back on the number and talk to me. Then I will show you what we can do......So don't make the stupid comment talk face to face............

What number would you like? and Havent you talked to enough people tonight?  Have you read any of the other sites your numbers have been posted on. Or how about the fbi page on you?   face to face is a thing of the past. Thats why YOU call people

REPORT EVERY ONE TO THE POLICE!!!!!!!!!

Yeh recieved my second call first was from a Indian accent man calling him self David Scott which was probobly a guy with a name like Habib. Then today just 10 minutes ago by a sgt. John Brown who also said i wopuld be arrested if i don't send a payment on a money cash advance i was given a while back i told him let me call an officer who can listen in on this and if true they can arrest me hahaha got a hang up who does that

same thing happened to me. It is 3:41 p.m. on March 16th, 2011. this is the third call I have had like this one in 4 days. I reported it to the Plant City, Florida Police station, an officer came out and made a report, but said this happens a lot, nothing u can do about it. Police office said that an elderly lady got a call that her grandson Johnny was in Aruba and needed 5 thousand dollars to get out of jail, she sent it and then received another similar call this time the caller ask for 1500 more dollars, she then called the police department. But too late...5 grand is gone, but at least she didn't send more. My daughter has been placing these phone numbers on face book in hopes to save an innocent person from being scammed.

Yeah, my caller was John Harris as well. I am going to the Mr. Big on this one, "God", he will get what he deserves from doing these things to people.

THere is no such place as US Crime.  Some of us that you have called actually work in law enforcement so we know you are scamming us.  Pick on your own countrymen and leave us alone.
