They have been calling and stated they were from Johnson and Johnson and wanted to send me a case of listerine ( trial size bottles) for my patients.   They knew I was a hygienist, but did not know the name of the pracice I work for. They said they would email me a survey and then send the case out.  I have seen no email.

We are on the do not call but keep getting calls from this phone no.

This is the company behind these calls.  They obviously have a flawed system.

Just got a phone call without anyone speaking when I answered it.  The caller ID said Austin Graven, and listed 719-219-3885 as the phone number.  Didn't know who or what they were and searched on the internet.  Found this site, so decided to report the call.

Just keeps Calling and never leaves a message

I've worked there before, here's the inside deal. It's a regular job, kids and adults alike goof off a lot. Sometimes people mess up and think they've gotten an answering machine so they hang up, explaining the silence. Secondly, we only call people with existing subscriptions to things such as BHG, Ladies Home Journal, AQHA, so on and so forth. To anyone that is annoyed with getting calls but never answer, JUST ANSWER and POLITELY tell the rep to remove you from the call list. SIMPLE. Because if you don't answer, guess what? Your number goes right back into the number recycler on our dialer and you will be called until you answer. We are also not allowed to leave messages on answering machines. And if you do happen to speak to a rep, just be nice for chrissakes. We're people too, just trying to make a living. You don't need to scream or hang up or be rude.

It's company policy that we aren't allowed to leave messages. Also, the number we call you from is a one way line, you can't call back. Just some fun facts for ya.

Call 7195489292, press zero, took me a few times, spoke to a real person, sounds like she had been fielding complaints all day, but assured me it will be handled.

I do not have any subscriptions to any magazines.  I have asked them in the past to take me off their call list.  They stopped for a while then started again.No one ever answers the phone when I answer-ever.  I called the 800 number and left a message.  This is predatory calling and it's [***].

they call me daily, in the am and around 5:30 pm without any message. Very annoying

Several calls no message, says  Graven, TX.  What's up with  the people of Texas ?  Nearly every crank unwanted so what if you are on a do not call list comes originates in Texas lately.  The fine folks in Texas should be doing something to shut down their new booming cottage industry.

Keeps calling no matter what...no answer, no one talks on answering machine.

Multiple calls, at least once a day for a couple of weeks. They were calling in December, too. No one has ever been on the line. Caller ID shows AUSTIN GRAVEN with this phone #. Another phone # website says this number is in Colorado and the caller(s) threaten retaliation if the person answering doesn't pay money owed.

"Graven Austin" frequently calls. I don't know the name (if it really is one), so I don't answer. Today I decided to check the name on Google or Names and Addresses. I'm astonished by all the negative chatter about this caller. From the scenarios described, perhaps these mysterious occurrences are coming from a "Grave In Austin."  Seriously, this type of call is worse than a joke.  It is unlawful. If  you have caller ID, stop answering.
