Gota a call from them 719-219-3885. Graven Austin showed up on caller ID. Please go away ! They ask for my boss and when I stated he was out, they just rudely hung up.

Called at supper time asking for my wife. We said she wasn't here and wouldn't leave a message. Of course, they are a telemarketing outfit and we are on the DO NOT CALL registry. Next time they call, I will inquire what they want and then report them to the FTC

I have been getting the call from this number usually twice a day.  First call in the morning when I say hello no one seems to be on the other end. I called the number back and got a recored message saying I may request a do not call, so I did.  
I just got another call at 3:00 p.m. When I said hello there was no responce so I said it again only louder amd meaner.  That is when some guy on the other end asked to speak to Mrs Smith.  I told him I requested a do not call and he said thank you and hung up.  So I hope that is the end of that.  I am also on the national do not call list so I can't understand why I even got this call.

call constantly....a real pain...will they never stop!  I am on the do not call list but that doesnt matter evidently...they operate by their own set of rules!  Turning it over to my Senator and Congressman from here on out....maybe they can do something!

I am getting endless calls from Graven Austin.  I do not know what they want as they never leave a message.

A prior post on this board indicated that their fax number was (719)548-9225 and suggested that I fax a "Do not call" letter to them.

That fax number no longer appears to be valid.  Anyone have a better fax number?

I'm on the National Do Not Call registry and did file a complaint with that group.

Call (800)888-6780 and hit extension 216.  The message tells you to leave your phone number and area code and they will put you on their internal "do not call list".  I followed up my phone number with a message that further calls would be reported to the Ohio Attorney General.

I think they got my number from a posting on craigslist. If they continue calling I will further investigate and sue.

Got my first call from Graven Austin tonight. I never answer my phone if I do not recognize the number. Googled it soon after and read all of these complaints. I am also on the Do Not Call List. Apparently that list is useless. From what I read I am in for a lot more calls from this number. Somebody should put them out of business.

has called twice, two days in a row.  will not leave any information.

Same stupid thing, phone rings, I answer, dead silence and hangs up. I think I'll call their toll-free number several times throughout the day and return the favor (dead silence). Gee, the operator sounded a little perturbed on the 4th call. You reap what you sow...

Calls daily.

Graven Austin called 5 times on 12/8 (11:30 am, 1, 2:30, 3:30, 4 and 4:30) and 3 times on 12/9 (10:20 am, 1:10 and 3:56 pm).  We were not home and they left no message.  We are on National Do Not Call Registry as well.

I would assume this is a Telemarketer from reading other posts, but I do not know for sure.

Just received the 1st with this name, but throughout the day receive the unknown name/number calls...beginning at 9AM and going through 9PM, even early on Sunday mornings...

Was called by them today, thought it was someone in Washington that I knew who actually hates me right now but I picked up anyway, nothing was said to me so I screamed into the phone and heard a click on the other line. So if all else fails; scream at your phone, it works magic.

Called 4 times in the last week.  Hangs up!
