I have gotten several calls a day/week for the past several weeks from this person number.  And I'm on the do not call list and that does not seem to be stopping them.

I called their 800 number listed here, and got added to the do not call list. They've been calling everyday for weeks

I get a call from this number 5 times a week at least. I never answer it because i don't recognize the name or number. And every time there is a long dial tone so obviously they aren't hanging up fast enough. So irritating. I will just continue to not answer versus getting into an argument with the losers.

Received a call from them this morning. Called the 800#, spoke to an operator and asked to be placed on the DNC list. Hopefully it works!!

like every one else 2 or more calls a day..no one there...called the 800 8886780 and talked to nicole ..she saud quite rudely that she would take care of it...how and a mass non stop calling effort on all of our parts all day every day for a week..call every one in the directory and remind them how agravating recieving thier calls are..also call better homes and gardens to complain to them about what thier service is doing to thier customers and advising them that we will no longer subscribe to the magazine

we have received a call from the same number and name,but we weren't home to anwser it.

Daily, I get calls from 719-219-3885. I don't know them, don't care to talk to them and wish the calls would stop. Apparently, others are having the same experience. May there is a way to sue them?

i worked there and got fired for listening to jen and i took the fall. just because i slept with her now i dont have a job.

I am registered with the do not call registry.  I just left a message with
Donna, line 1, voicemail.  My message said I am registered with the do not
call registry.  1. Do we all report them to the Do Not Call Registry?  Years ago we had to pay for the calls we received on our 800 numbers.  
2. Do we all call them on their 800 # and cause them some expense, if they will be charged for the incoming calls to the.  They are a terrible
nuisance!

Sometimes it's just helpful to answer the phone and politely state you are not interested (or whatever!)  Seriously!  What are you afraid of?

Graven Austin also called me, on behalf of Better Homes and Gardens, to renew my subscription with an improved offer.  The did not ask for money or a credit card and stated that they will send me an invoice to pay at my convenience, which is typical for BHG.

So answering the phone either gave me one heck of a subscription deal, if I do say so myself, or - who knows, all I did was say yes, I accept this offer!

...and your point is what, exactly?

I DO answer the phone every time they call and it immediately hangs up on me so answering and telling them I am not interested is not an option!

Repeated telemarketing type calls. Never anyone on line when the call is answered.
