Austin Graven PHONE:719 210 0669 continues to call me on a daily basis at various hours for well over a month!  I will not answer calls when I do not know the person; absolutely no reason to!  Never a message left on the answering machine, the name/# shows on my caller I.D.  I have been on the "NO CALL" List for years and I am reporting these calls to the Attorney General.  This is pure harrassment to the max!  What don't they get by repeatedly calling people?  I checked the www.gadtelecom.com site as was suggested and there is nothing there that indicates they have any reason whatsoever to be calling me!

I am getting calls daily from 719-219-0669. I am on a national do not call list. Anyone interested in filing a class action lawsuit against these [***]? If we get enough people maybe the legal costs wouldn't be too significant and we could receive compensation for the harassment and teach these [***] a lesson.

Tomorrow I will be submitting to the attorney general of Texas my copy of the national do not call list which shows my number and is effective until 6/28/2012. It's illegal for these folks to be calling me. I'm filing a complaint with the attorney general tomorrow. I'm also faxing a copy of the national do not call list with my info to Graven, Austin, and Drake and threatening legal action if they don't stop. Hey, if I can be compensated for this crap, more power to me.

My best guess is this telemarketing firm doesn't like people being on the national do not call list and they are trying to take revenge against us.

Have been receiving calls from 719-219-0669 the past few days.  This is very annoying.  I am on the no call list.

Graven Austin calls several times a week. There's never anyone on the other end of the line.

I took a photo of the caller ID number and name, scanned that in to my computer and scanned in my info from the national do not call list and faxed that info along with a complaint to Graven Austin Drake yesterday, 12-08-09. Today, 12-09-09, I did not get a call from them, thank God. This is the first day in over a week the phone has not wrung from that number. I also forwarded the complaint and and other info to the Attorney of General of Texas and filed a complaint with them yesterday. Here's hoping this is the end of the phone calls. The SOBs ought to be sued out of business.

I too have been receiving a couple of calls a day. Based on the suggestions on this blog, I called the companies 800#, spoke to the receptionist and was told I would be put on their "do not call list" which would take 72 hours to process.

Still no more calls from Graven Austin & Drake. I received a letter from the Attorney General of Texas today, 12-12-09, thanking me for bringing this to their attention. Don't know that they will follow up on it, but it was a surprise to get a letter from them.

My phone service does not allow me to block phone numbers, but some phone companies have this capability. There was a time when AT&T service would allow you to block phone numbers. Don't know if you still can with them or not.

I'm getting the constant calls too.  Nobody talks if you answer.  Actually, it's hillarious if you think about it.  They are costing this company money and getting nothing for it.  Everytime I get a call I think: That's a little less money for these idiots....

Wasn't funny to me. Everytime they called it tripped my answering machine which would beep until I deleted the call. That's not funny, it's harassment and costs me time. Still no more calls. I guess what I did was effective in getting them to stop. Thing is it's illegal to do what they did. I'd like to see them go out of business.

As I said I believe they're calling people on the do not call list as revenge for being on the list. They do get something out of it even if it's not financial. They aren't looking for money but revenge. They're looking to tick you off by continuing to call. Hope you keep your sense of humor.

They've now switched numbers - and gone to a blocked CID - but got the base number from my Telephone Records - Called 3X in 45 SECONDS! Unbelievable -

hello u do not know me but i work there also. on attendance bonus u knew what it was and how it worked when u took the job!! and the rep does not lose all of his bonus just 25%!! u do not like that well my suggestion is too try harder i have been there a few years now , and i have only been sent home three or four times. and no they are not a group of attorneys. u obviously have not worked there very long at all to not know that. to all the people with harassing phone calls i apoligise to u. this is never our intention at all. we try to follow the dnc very closely, unfortunately slip ups do happen. we do train the people there to follow the do not call rules very well. there are strict regs we follow, if u have issues with this please call our number and u will be removed from our list. sometimes our dnc list is not always current or we are supplied with a do not call number on a list. sory for all the incovience

I will listen to the "pitch", if any, and wait for the "Do Not Call" message, if it is still on the message.  There still is hope to stop the daily ringing of graven austin. m.

I have been getting calls from this number every week, almost every day, at home. I answer the phone and no one answers, but there is usually breathing in the background. When i try to call them back, cannot leave a message to get off the list because their message box is full. Will try calling the 800 number on monday.

I can't get them off my phone either. I have a ecord of all there calls, date, time etc. but they just hang up when i answer my phone  ?????????????? Its time for the FCC to step in
