They call and just stay silent for like 2- 3mins... aren't they wasting their own phone bill? Their bosses should know they aren't even asking anything they are just logging calls and pretending "we" didn want whatever they are doing. Very fishy.

Phone rang at 12:09 a.m. - no one there

Called me at 11pm.  Just when I fell asleep. There has to be a better way to blacklist these numbers.  Clearly donotcall.gov does not apply to them.

Received a phone call from 1-719-219-7349 at 12:30 a.m.  Woke up my entire family.  When we answered, there was no response.

09/14/2013 I received a phone call on my tracfone from 1-719-219-7349 at 9:30 p.m. CST.
No one on other end.
All I heard was a couple digital bleep sounds and a low background noise hissing.

Early morning call. Didn't answer

This number calls me at work once every few days and hangs up when I answer the phone.

Go to DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and COMPLAIN - you HAVE TO REGISTER COMPLAINT for anything to be done. This site is really 'neat,' but it does nothing to stop the harassing caller. I got this one twice

I am reporting it to the registry. If the person is indeed caling at Midnight to 4am, then likely the person actually IS in India - i.e., different time zone calling the afternoon (India time) - something along those lines.

Also, technically and legally, it is harassment, depending upon if they called back when you asked them "not to" and/or if they call an excessive number of times, and at odd hours. So, there may be legal grounds as well.

What we NEED: CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST *ALL* TELECOM PROVIDERS TO *FORCE* THEM TO DISCLOSE ACTUAL OWNER OF THE PHONE NUMBER (WHOSE CREDIT CARD WAS USED TO PAY FOR THE NUMBER?). Also: CONTACT ACLU - OUR CIVIL RIGHTS ARE BEING VIOLATED ! We are FORCED to be called by people and/or companies who have OUR INFORMATION, and yet we have 'NO RIGHT' to '[KNOW]' who is harrassing/calling us ?!?!?!? How THAT proper or legal?!

I asked his name and he told me it was John Kennedy. lol...

Called my cell phone at 4:19am (Eastern Daylight Time), left no message.

They have to be crazy to call at 2:58 AM and someone is going to give them personal information. They should be stopped. People have to go to work or get kids ready for school or both.

Called and hung up on me twice; finally spoke the third time. Said he was from Colorado, but had an extremely thick accent. Supposedly sending material in the mail for leadership seminars and wanted the company's information including employee names and titles. Would not take "we are not interested" for an answer, got very rude and pushy. I hung up on him. I called back to see who was actually calling and the answering service spoke only Spanish. They put me on hold with music when I asked who I was calling.

Same here. They called at 1am, I also answered thinking an emergency. They just hung up.

Have received several calls tonight starting about 10.30 pm. He said he needed to confirm my details. When I refused to answer he hung up and the line was seized for awhile.

called at 11#1p.m. EDT.  Caller ID says name is not available.

Received call at 12:30AM. No message. Based on these posts, I have blocked call. Thanks for posting.

Tonight, Sept. 21, 2013 I received a call from 719-219-7349 and the "Name" I.D. was listed as AMEYO - A Company offering "Call Center Software". I did not answer the call.
