Got a txt from this #, "hey, what's up?", (and a nasty emoji) blocked immediately

I do not know this person.  Apparently this person has texted others

I got a text with a bunch of emojis that says "Hi, GoOd AfternoOn. HowZ Ur Day GoiNg" and its 9/2017! What do they plan on gaining from these texts? He said his name is John, and asked "Whats Ur Name? with the 100 emoji.

Got a creepy message reading, "Hi, GoOd AfternoOn. HowZ Ur Day GoiNg?" with some weird hospital themed emojis. Since it was in my area code, at first I thought my little brother might be pranking me. After looking it up, however, I discovered this guy spams a lot of people. So I sent him a text in the same goofy typing he sent his in, told him to stop creeping on me, and blocked him.

Just got a text from this dude John. He said good morning with emojis, same as everyone else, and when I asked you it was he said it was John and asked my name. I told him to stop texting me, told him to lose my number, called him a creep, and sent him a link to this forum. What an ass.

It was a text. An emoji of a coffee cup was used with a house at the end after a text reading, “morning, HaVe A GoOd DaY”. When I said who is this he said john, proceeded to try and get my name from me (which I didn’t give) and told me he randomly types in a phone number. Block him immediately.

Got the same message text me hello how was your day I text back asked who is this didn’t get a response

Received “🌠GoOd Evening 🏀 How WaZ Ur DaY? 🍵“. Said his name was John when I asked. I don’t know anyone named John... creepy feels.

Wow, this person has been doing this a long time.  Got the same message of how are you doing in various upper and lower case letter and emojis.  Deleted message and blocked caller.

I received text this morning from the same number.  I responded and said you have the wrong number.  I then received another text with emojis and grammatical errors, asking if we could meet and see where it goes.  I blocked this weirdo immediately.

Got a few texts from the number, very weird and creepy. It’s from my area code and it’s really freaking me out

Received a text message at 7:57AM MT that read “☕ Morning,  Have A GoOd DaY. 🏭”. Not having this number saved but in the same area code I Googled the number, then I immediately blocked thenumber. Looks like this “John” guy has been doing this for a long time. How is nothing being done?

Forward the unwanted text to 7726, and your carrier will block it.

Same type of message. Spam.

got a message saying good evening how was your day. Very weird. I did a search on the phone number in Facebook and found John Pekarek  from Berthoud Colorado.
