Received good afternoon text.  I asked whos this, he said john whats ur name? I said you have the wrong number and he did not respond again.

Asked for my a/s/l. Says his name is John.

Yep texted me good morning with coffee emoji. Said his name was John. I told him he had the wrong number. I will block it also.

Same exact thing with me. Thank goodness we can block numbers now.

Got a text that said "Good evening" with a crossbones skull and pumpkin. Thought it was my niece. Said his name was John.

Once I called him out on it he stopped and was blocked.

Received a text from this number stating, "Morning, have a good day."
I replied, "Who is this?  I got a new iPhone 11 recently and this contact name isn't in my list."
They replied, "John. Whats ur Name"

Definitely not replying, especially since this number has been busy from the looks of this history.

This number messaged me and told me "GOOD MORNING" all in caps surrounded by emojis. Ugh... From the looks of it, it seems like "John" has been doing this for years now. How is he getting away with it?
Well, I blocked him and then reported his number. I can't stand people like this...

Same thing as all of you. Wish I could upload the pic of my response. Basically I said “ Look "John" your number is all over google. You should stop harassing random people. We all have the ability to block your number from our phones so whatever you're trying to do by texting strangers is weird and you should stop ASAP.“. Weirdos out there!!!!

Got the text similar to others...emojis "hello how is your day" emoji. Blocked when I saw all of this.

Got the same things yesterday. I called and reported it to the police and they are taking this very seriously.

This guy randomly texted me. I searched online and found this thread. Someone here had searched his name and found him through a Facebook search of his phone number to be a guy named John Pekarek who lives in Berthoud, Colorado. He lives in a house owned by his parents (they live in a cabin in Loveland). Evidently he lives at a house his parents own in Berthoud with a roommate.

A simple google search shows how creepy this guy is......if he texts you, simply reply on Facebook to his dad Kelly Pekarek or his mom Sheryl Pekarek. Let them know how this action by him is not right. Maybe they'll kick him out of their house and stop paying for his phone that he uses to harass random strangers.....

Same thing! I got a message with him saying "Hi. Good afternoon" with a tree and a taco emoji.
Also said that his name was John and he said, "I text all day.."

Received a text from this number today also saying hello & how are you with Emojis.
Since I didn't recognize the number, I just blocked it & deleted the message.

Out of the blue, "Hello". I replied "hello,  who is this", thinking it was someone whose number I'd erased, or not gotten entered in. Decided to check by just googling the number. Weird, am blocking right away. Thanks
