Stop Calling

I get these calls twice a day. And they keep asking for somebody Ive never heard of. They've got more than 1 number. 323 331 9709. 614-212-5298. Name that comes up. Comenity or Convergent Res. Bill collectors. Let them call. I don't care. Gives my caller ID something to do.

I answer the phone but hangs up immediately

phone calls started on 5/15. 1 call. 5/16, 1 call 5/17,2 calls. 5/18, 2 calls. I use this phone for work and since it is not a contact I don't answer. But, all the less it is annoying.

We were in affected zone for Hurricane Irma. Community pushed my payments until November but apparently didn't inform others in company. When I call them they say it's all good, but these bozos calling every day despite their own program for hurricane relief. Maybe they should talk or share information in their own company.

They call from 7 am til 9 or 10 three or four times back to back , then waits couple hours and do it again. I already paid off all my credit cards so idk wth . I have an infant and a toddler , and their constant calling had woken them up from both nap time and bedtime sleep . Anyone w a new born knows sleep is scarce ,this 6,7,8 phone calls a day is bs.

So, now that you have had your say, do you feel better?  Because "Lynn" will never see that reply or anything you said. "Lynn" posted here 3 years ago and will probably never be back.  Would it not be better to use that energy to solve your problem?  Would it not be better to learn who actually is calling and then find the solution?

Sick and tired of getting multiple calls daily from this number.  Have no ties to this number.  Never leave a message or call back number

This is the 44th number used by Comenity Bank.  They have called 167 times since 3/28/19 and have never left a message.  Some of their numbers have complaints from 10 years ago and for different finance firms.  They issue private label credit cards for companies such as Victoria's Secret, Abercrombie, The Limited, et.al.  (a 3 page list was posted for 614-212-5291 by Tori on 6/4/2014).  We don't have any delinquent debts, have not received any collection letters, and have not been sued.

Calls constantly and never leaves a message.  I am not late on any CC associated with them.  Today I answered and got a recording stating to hold and then it hung up on me.
