We have received several calls from this number. I called back and the lady that answered had a very heavy accent. I told her no more calls. I filed a complaint with the DO Not Call Registry as our numbers are on this list.

They call 5-8 times a day....pretty pathetic.

I keep receiving the same calls like everyone else who has posted so I won't go into details about the call or frequency or msgs left but.. how do you get it to stop? Someome please let me know.

Have been receiving calls from this number fairly frequently.  Caller ID says "Out of Area."  A recorded message tells me to hold on for important information so this time I decided to hold on and ask that this number be removed from their list.  I held for a few minutes, no one picked up and the call was disconnected.  After reading through previous posts about this number, I do not believe it is legitimate.  I DO have a Macy's account but I carry no balance so no one should be trying to collect.  Beware!  DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.  I'm sure this is a scam.

Caller shows up as Unknown in my area. But it was Macy's credit department.  I forgot to send in a payment so it was a payment reminder.  Caller sounded Indian but was named Cyrus....go figure!  He was very nice and did not try to offer me any other services like they usually do to keep you on the phone(which was good).

The next time the caller calls-- just tell them to remove your name from their calling list.  If it is your creditor you can tell them that you would rather receive specials and other credit information through the mail.

I have received dozens of calls from this number asking for about 3 different names.  I stoppped answering, but they call while I am asleep and on call for a hospital, so I have to answer the phone.  I called back and was asked if I had a Macy's account, which I have never had.  They told me that my number is not in their system and that there tech department will make sure my number is not in the system.  We will see if this actually works

I too get the same calls. They leave no msg!

I've been getting calls from these people to. Don't know who they are but I either let my answer maching pick it up or my fax.

As of today 12/26/07 I have had 8 calls from this number(dated from 12/17/07 thru today); all of them have asked me to stay on the line until someone can talk to me.

They call seveal times a day - no one is there and they do not leave a message.

I keep recieving calls for FACS 727 556 5772 not sure where it is coming from. I have caller id so I never pick up however the calls come in all hours.

thank you...these people are driving me nuts with their constant calls.  I'll send in a complaint.

I get a call from 727-556-5772 at least 3-4 times a day.  I dont have a Macy's card, never have and I am on the do not call list.  Can this be reported to the do not call directory?

Reported unwanted 727 556 5772 calls to Macys.  They quickly
responded and promised to take my number off the calling list.
(A deliquent account had used my phone number.)

They are calling me 3-4 times a day....Thre is no answer when I am calling back.

This is the most absurd thing ever.  My 11 year old daughter just recieved one of those prepaid phones and keeps recieving calls from this company.  Nobody in my family has a Macy's credit card.  They are calling her during school hours and wasting her minutes.  Something needs to be done.  I have spoke with 3 different supervisors who have assured me they took the number off the list just to get called 2 hours later.

I've received this call about 3 times this month.  No one ever speaks, they just hang up.
