You get a lawyer & sue them.  It is $1,500 for each harrassing call they make to you. Do a little research & you will see. Good luck. Lawyers love this stuff.

Really Macy's ! You have already called me twice from 2 different numbers. It is Sunday & it is a day of rest. Why don't you rest your phone from calling me? My payment is not due yet. But now I might just pay it when I feel like it.

It's a scam there trying to get your personal information! If u do have any Macy's bills call Macy's ur self don't ever give out ur info just cuz some one is saying they work for Macy's get the right numbers and call ur self! Please be careful with this people

Has called me several times during different hours of the day. They don't leave a message or answer when I pick up.

Calling repeatedly.  No one has ever had a Macy's card in this household.

I get the same calls from Florida and Ohio. They seem to call me when either I am on a phone call on my cell, or I am texting someone. I get 2-3 calls a day and I have never answered one of them. The cell phone I am using is fairly new. I do not have a Macy's account so I am very suspicious of these callers.

For those of you who don't have a Macy's account or don't owe them anything here is what I did. I kept getting calls from Macy's and I don't have nor ever had a Macy's account and don't shop there so I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The calls got stopped and I got a letter from Macy's Executive Office saying my number was entered in error and that I shouldn't receive anymore calls. This is a scam. They are trying to get your account or Social Security number. They often pose as Macy's.

Who are you talking to?  Nobody at this website is calling you.  Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize

I have received 3 calls  on 8/6/17 and 2 calls on 8/7/17 from 727-556-5772.  No messages have been left.
I will attempt to block further calls.

Wow I can't believe all the comments!!! I block these calls every time they call and everytime they manage to call from a different number. Macy's really needs to calm down. People are closing accounts with these harassment calls. Yes I owe them money. But my husband lost his job. So....I paid them $104 last month. And boy it feels like I paid them yesterday and they're already staring the unending calls. Totally nuts

I am so tired of solicitors calling on my cell phone number.  I put the number on the do not call register list however, they told me I have exceeded the amount of numbers I can list.

I did not answer a call from this number because I get so many annoying calls from telemarketers. I looked it up and some of you mentioned here that it could be Macy's so I logged in to my account and sure enough, I missed my last payment so it was past due. This is a legit call.
