WE have to be RELENTLESS !  WE, as a group of violated citizens have to fight back on our own because the FCC does absolutely nothing !  WE, have to continuously call them and disrupt their " business" ! There are less than 10 " representatives"  and every time we call and waste 10 minutes of their time, it's 10 minutes less that they can ripoff people !!!!

Just one more con artist out to rob the hard working people. Sort of like Daybil Inc. A fake business front used to launder money and impress women. When will it all stop?

The DNC list, FCC and FTC are all a joke.  I have been on the DNC list for about 15 years and I have been getting overwhelmed with calls--wasting my minutes.  Reporting to FCC/FTC does absolutely nothing!  

I even did some detective work on my own and gave the FCC the name of the owner, street address, etc.--still nothing!

Do you think the bureaucrats who are in charge of health "care" will be any different????????

Called them back and told them I was a Church.  Ask them for a  donation, and they hung up.

Did not recognize number from TN so didn't answer.

For those complaining that you are on the DO Not Call List and it's not stopping these calls...of course it's not!  These are NOT law abiding people calling you.   They are SCAMMERS.  They have computer software created by other scammers that spoofs their caller ID (those numbers you see them calling from..are fake!) that just dials every number combo till they get a  poor soul who falls for their scam.   They can dial thousands of numbers in minutes.  These people are on the same level as a car thief or home burglar.  Think about it...does a car thief care that what they are doing is against the law?   Of course not.   If you are on the DNC list, the only thing that stops is legit telemarketers who subscribe to the lists and do not call you.   If you weren't on the list, your phone would be ringing off the hook.  DNC list is doing it's job but thieves and criminals do not subscribe to it nor do they give a rats behind if you tell them you are on the DNC.  That just makes them laugh.   Just know, these are SCAMMERS calling and act accordingly.    I personally have given anyone on my contact list that I want to hear from, a personal ringtone.  That way if I'm in the other room and I hear my phone, if it's not my "acceptable call" ring tone, I know it's not worth running to answer it.   I do have to say, I have been getting hit pretty hard the last couple of days with these scam calls..must be a new list set of scammers starting up again.

Received call, they left no message.  Sighed up for do no call! ??  

I know you mean well but you are so wrong. The FCC and FTC say it is not doable "unless it affects a wide number of people" and guess what? They get to decide if it does or doesn't affect a wide number of people. The local police ended up yelling at me when we just couldn't stand the 5 times a day calls. They insisted we go down there in person for no apparent reason. In his "defense" it was New Year's Eve and he may have been drunk. Needless to say they did nothing that we know of to help.

The best way to get rid of these people is to excitedly say "this is them again, operator, set the trap" or some variation. Works almost every single time.

This " ploy"  is starting to get to some of them, especially the ones with heavy accents :  Call them and whisper  IMMIGRATION .  Say it a bit louder each time until they say " what immigration ? ", then say  IMMIGRATION  in a normal tone of voice. They will hang up really quick. I bet most of them are in the U.S. Illegally !!!!

It was a robo call and they left a message on my voice mail about free $100.00 gift vouchers to Walmart.  Added this number to the ever growing list of blocked numbers on my phone...

These people are fckn ridiculous

They just rang me but I didn't pick up.  Never do if I don't recognize the number.  And they didn't leave a message.

The only way to fight them is to waste their time ( time is money for them ) and keep their interest with phony names, addresses and cc #. Keep them on the line as long as possible by repeating things, saying huh, etc.   We need to call them back and do this repeatedly.

Saw an unfamiliar area code. Do not answer these. no message. Thanks to all other messages for your info on this unwanted call.

Missed this call last night at 8:15 on the cell.  From the number of very recent post it seems this person is busy.
